Excellent property with all the required equipment, location was great with many restaurants within walking distance.

I more than recommend the place. It’s like a small part of heaven and everything was perfect. The house, the garden, mister Eftichios who offered us a warm welcome, good communication, olive oil, fresh strawberries, eggs from his chicken and the company of his lovely dog Yanis who made us a bit sad because we left. Thank you for everything ☺️

Anna’s villa is amazing. It’s modern and spacious, with top of the line appliances, high end finishes, and everything you’d expect from a luxury villa. The outdoor space is also fantastic, with a refreshing plunge pool, outdoor shower, pizza oven, and a covered gathering space that’s perfect for outdoor meals or drinks. But what really makes the place special is the spectacular location - perched high above Assos with amazing views of the mountains and sea. Our group of four fell in love with this place, and we would come back in a heartbeat.

Fantastic finale to our holiday! Beautiful style and so many thoughtful details from the welcome pack to the bread, only sadness is we didn’t get a chance to use the amazing BBQ but we hope to be back and invite the village! Christina also extremely helpful.

An absolute gem of a place. Emma and her mother made our stay simply perfect by providing everything we could have asked for and more. The spacious and comfy house was easy to find and super clean, offering every comfort needed. It offers a lot of privacy and quiet, along with incredible views of the surrounding sea and mountains (the visiting cats were a big plus!). It's location also makes it easy to get to one of the beautiful beaches or a great place to eat after only a short drive. We had an amazing time here and can't wait for a chance to return. Thank you for having us! =D

Very nice and comfortable place with a fabulous view. Very kind, helpful, communicative and proactive host. Roberto helped us to rent a small boat to explore the local islands and we spent half a day in the sea all week, fishing and watching the dolphins, it was fantastic…Mytikas is a very compact, authentic and cosy place to experience. Recommended! We’ll come back!

This is the second time we’ve stayed in the Chloe villa and it didn’t disappoint! It’s such a beautiful location with an amazing sea view to watch the sunrise. The pool is directly below and the sea over the road which is perfect for early morning swims. Especially due to the changing temperatures in the water where salt meets fresh and there are warm spots and cold spots. It’s a short pebble beach so water shoes (or flippers in my daughter’s case) make getting in and out of the water much easier. Steve was a brilliant host! Nothing was too much trouble. Really responsive and because we had a late flight extended our checkout time until 6pm which meant we could enjoy a full last day. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, including some starter items for your arrival, such as biscuits, jam, milk, butter… and wine! There is a coffee machine, toasty maker & everything else you may need (incl. washing machine and dishwasher) A 20 min coast walk straight to Sami!

This place is a lovely paradise. The beach is quiet, the water is wonderful. If you’re looking to be out of the city and in a quiet area this is perfect for you.

A perfect, quiet location , kind hosts, and amazing little neighborhood. We happened to meet some of the neighbors and they were friendly and helpful. We will come again.

I would recommend this air bnb to anyone visiting Kefalonia. It was just as described and even nicer in person. The location is close to restaurants and supermarkets. The host was incredible, I am not sure super host does him justice. He was extremely responsive, attentive and his guide to the island was so helpful. The location is right across from the turtle viewpoint and we saw turtles everyday. It was extremely clean, well kept and had the essential and more. The laundry machine was a huge bonus. Parking can be a bit difficult during the day as the street does get busy but we were able to find parking in walking distance.

Absolutely stunning location! The apartment was in the perfect location, easy walking distance into Sami, with so many choices of restaurants. The property was sparkling clean, very comfortable beds and very well appointed with everything that you needed. Communication with Olga was fantastic, she was so lovely, very accommodating and responsive to some changes that were needed. Thank you so very much for sharing your piece of paradise, we would highly recommend staying here and will definitely return. Thank you to Olga for being so amazing and friendly ❤️

We had a wonderul stay at this villa. The location is perfect with easy access to Fiskardo and all the lovely coves nearby and the pool was spotless and so refreshing. We really enjoyed the expansive outside space and the host was very responsive. As others have mentioned, the master bed was fairly hard (and we're not normally fussy), but otherwise the villa was so well equipped and had everything we needed. The beach toys they bought for our children, was a very kind touch.

A beautiful home, in a beautiful location, was paradise...the local restaurants were all so welcoming and amazing food, close to many beautiful beaches and sights, you can do nothing or explore for days on this island . Themis was great host, very friendly and helpful when we needed to ask , especially about what to do. Thank you Themis !

First time in Kefalonia and wanted a great place to stay. Saw the pictures and when we arrived, Harilaos and his lovely family could not have greeted us better and their place is incredible. The pictures are great, but the reality of this place is amazing. Their attention to detail on everything was incredible, as well as their assistance on arrival to recommendations for restaurants to their gifts. This is not just a property but an experience. All their restaurant recommendations were great so do take them and the Obelix takeaway is great if you want to eat in. You need a car to explore locally and the island but you will not find a better place or host. Thank you to Harilaos and your lovely family. I am sure we will be back!

We had three days here and wished we’d booked to stay for longer. Beautiful views, peaceful location and a lovely Villa which is as described and photographed - if anything it seems bigger than the photos. There is an ensuite bedroom upstairs with terrace, one on the ground floor and one downstairs leading out onto the patio - each with a lovely view of the pool and sea. The kitchen is clean and spacious with a Nespresso machine, percolator, toaster and toasted sandwich maker etc. There’s a delightful cafe/bar about 7 minutes walk down the hill and Liza’s grill opposite that - a small, pretty restaurant serving traditional Greek food. We had lovely lunches and restaurants by the beach (Lithero fish restaurant was particularly good). Ideally you would have a car but taxis are easy to book. We got a taxi one evening to La Mer which had great views and nice food. It’s a hilly area but that’s what gives it such lovely views. Gerasimos was super responsive.

The most beautiful view across the sea and of Ithaca. The villa exceeded expectations - pristine, very clean, beautiful inside. Beds very comfy, fantastic power shower and all the amenities you’d need. Loved the villa and its location, very quiet and peaceful spot but easy to drive / walk into the village and its fab restaurants. Hosts were super friendly and helpful, we would definitely return. Highly recommend the villa and Agia Effimia.
