The "Sonnenhäusle" is located in Sasbachwalden absolutely quietly in the middle of nature. Built in 1936 by Karl Fritz, father of the Bambi Prize. Completely renovated in 2024, newly furnished and expanded with a panoramic sauna and a balcony roof. The associated 10,000 m² forest and meadow property is located directly next to the "Black Forest National Park" - directly on mountain bike and hiking routes. In this relaxing altitude you have a wide view of the sea of lights of the Rhine Valley!

Our house was completely renovated in 2022. Here old clay walls and wooden beams were exposed. There is a 65-inch smart TV in the bar, as well as a projector with Netflix. The pool table and game collection leave no room for boredom. We are located on the edge of the Northern Black Forest. The region is ideal for hikers, cycling trips or a private wellness vacation in our panoramic sauna or steam bath. No parties. Dog friendly. Owners live next door with dog, encounters possible.

Two-room apartment in the new development area of Bühlertal in a traffic-calmed zone/cul-de-sac. A playground for the kids is 50 meters away. The center of the village with a baker, butcher, shopping and gastronomy within walking distance in 2 minutes. Ideal starting point for excursions in the area (skiing, hiking/MTB, Northern Black Forest National Park, Europapark, Baden-Baden, Strasbourg, Karlsruhe and much more). Lovingly furnished romantic winegrower's house in the wine village of Altschweier, overlooking the surrounding vineyard landscape. The Black Forest National Park is 20 minutes away. Located directly on the Ortenauer Wine Trail, there are many opportunities for hiking and cycling. The cottage is equipped to a high specification. A pellet stove with flame provides cozy warmth. The winegrower's house has a seating area nearby on our vineyard property.

Black Forest, vineyards, pure nature: You can enjoy all this in our apartment "Schwarzwaldmarie" and leave everyday life behind you. In summer, there are no limits to the activities right outside the door - hiking in the Black Forest, biking or walking through the vineyards. In winter, the nearby ski slopes are a popular destination - if you like it cozy, you can enjoy the wood crackling in front of the fire with a glass of local wine.

It is a quiet apartment with 45 m2 in our house. They have their own entrance, so they're undisturbed. The apartment is surrounded by vineyards. The nearest shopping is a 5-minute walk away. Parking is available in front of the house. Bühl is 2.7 km away and Baden-Baden is about 10 km away.
