Bright, large, beautiful apartment on the vineyard, 'hyggelig' and modernly furnished. Plenty of wood creates a warm feel-good atmosphere. With 110 square meters on two floors, connected by a beautiful wooden staircase, an open kitchen and two bathrooms, a wonderful place to unwind. The bright and friendly apartment with living room and bedroom is located on the garden level of our house, which is accessed by an external staircase. Very good bus connection to downtown. In the neighborhood there is a café, an ice cream parlor, two pizzerias and lots of shopping (10-minute walk) and lots of greenery. The property is located in a quiet residential area. Free parking is available on the property or right in front of the house or on the main road, 100 meters from the house.

Our apartement is located in Butzweiler near Trier in a quiet area with direct access to public transport. The bus stop is within two minutes walking distance. By car, you can reach Trier in 15 minutes. The motorway junction can be reached within 5 minutes. Butzweiler is close to the border with Luxembourg. Hiking trails start directly in Butzweiler and lead you through a historical and dreamlike nature. The premium hiking trail Römerpfad is an absolute highlight.

Some paths lead just a few meters past the farm, such as the Schiefer-Wackenweg.

You will love the loft because of the outdoors space, the garden, the fireplace inside for the coziness, 63sqm to feel good in old walls with clay plaster inside.
