Very quiet place well situated 6 Min. walk from U4 Metro station SCHÖNBRUNN. Take the Metro from there and reach the heart of Vienna on Karlsplatz for only 8 Min. ride. The flat provides many amenities, such as full equipped kitchen, washing machine, iron, as well as free Wi-Fi and TV. You will feel comfortable and happy there!

Practical, functional and somehow unique this studio, located in the back of the quiet courtyard. Refined, inexpensive mini apartment for 1 person. There is everything you need for a longer stay. Comfortable single bed, well-equipped kitchen, ceramic stovetop, microwave, kitchen appliances, dishes, etc... Work/dining table, washing machine right in front of the apartment door. Good Wi-Fi. Nice neighborhood! Centrally located in the livable 7th district.

Discover Vienna around the turn of the century: In our classic Viennese Gründerzeit house, I designed this studio with lovingly selected historical and modern furnishing elements. In the bathroom with tub and rain shower, it relaxes particularly well after a city walk. Even in winter it is really cozy thanks to oak parquet with underfloor heating. With breakfast and small meals, you can always cater to yourself in the kitchen with a dishwasher.
