Cozy country house with beautiful views; detached; surrounded by greenery; 1.5 km from the village; 30-minute drive to the city, in the heart of a hiking area. Large lawn, terrace with views (pergola), fire pit/grill. The house includes a privat 2-room apartment with a separate entrance, not for rent. The access road to the house is a narrow private road with passing places. Winter: a 4WD vehicle is required in snowy conditions! Unfortunately, pets are not allowed due to my severe allergies.

We rent a modern and comfortable studio with patio and private entrance. The studio is about 20 m2 and has a kitchenette and a small bathroom (shower/toilet). The village center Meilen as well as the train station with direct S-Bahn connection to Zurich (12 min. to Zurich Stadelhofen) are 10 minutes away on foot. Lake, sports facility with indoor pool and recreational area are in the immediate vicinity. The studio is also suitable for weekly stays of several weeks.
