The atmosphere in the house is relaxed, slow and cheerful and you will find the time for all the things that are important to you. When you look out the window, you can see over the park to the lake and can still watch the cheeky squirrels. On 240 m², everyone can find their favorite place. If you are looking for even more nature, take a walk through the Eriskircher Ried.

The Panoramavilla Bludenz has large glass fronts facing SW. Deep balconies and terraces also allow you to eat outdoors or end the day in nature. The spacious, wide living rooms create a cozy space. The panoramic villa has a total of 5 bedrooms, two bathrooms, one on the first floor and one on the second floor as well as a guest toilet. Two fully equipped kitchens, one on the ground floor and one on the upper floor, make cooking a pleasure. 5 parking spaces are available.

Hiking and biking tours start right by the house. Bregenz is about 1 km away from Lake Constance 10 minutes. The Bödele (ski resort/hiking) is about 25 minutes away. Within 40-60 minutes you can reach the most beautiful ski areas (Lech, Zürs, Silvretta, Bregenzerwald, Damüls, Mellau, Warth).
