We are located literally seconds off Rt. 128 / I-95, in a quiet, secluded area. Our deck, gardens and grounds (which include a pond, birdfeeders, and, perhaps, wildlife sightings) are available for your enjoyment. Separate entrance, living room, big play room, full bath, fully equipped kitchen. Free Washer & Dryer. High speed internet. Off street parking. Our place attracts Boston Marathon runners. Very convenient for runners to get to Boston Common shuttle bus then to the Start line of the Marathon.

This is my second time staying at Margarita's and, just like the first time, it was excellent. The bedroom is spacious, the mattress is comfy, the Wi-Fi is fast, and the bathroom is spotless. I loved waking up to the sound of birds singing in the morning, the location is very quiet despite being close to the main street. Thank you again for your hospitality Margarita!

3 imperatives for me for an air b&b... impeccably clean, comfortable bed and access to coffee. Xinghua's listing satisfied 2 out of 3. Actually, I cannot fault him on the coffee, as I did not ask if coffee was available. This home is beautiful and set in an idyllic community, with easy access to major highways. The host is fantastic... friendly, attentive and responds quickly. Will definitely look to see if this home is available when traveling to that area in the future.

I don’t have enough words to describe my experience with this house. I had come to this place in middle of night as my original booking had some issues. They immediately make arrangements for me. They were very accommodating, cooperative and took care of all I need. Place is much more beautiful than pictures. I will definitely once again if visit Boston.

Silvia was extremely helpful, hospitable and friendly. The location in Walpole was perfect for a stress free commuter train visit to Boston, a very short drive to Gillette Stadium, and close to variety of eating and entertainment options. The house (with parking) and room were perfect for my wife and I to spend two days in Walpole. I would return when we are in the area for a concert or even a Sox game. Thank you Silvia!
