Our goal was to create a space for the entire family. The History of our Cabin started as Hoss's Country Store where we provided a general store for our community and the guests visiting our beautiful area next to the National Forest. We have always felt that taking care of our family and friends were the top priority. Take a moment to disconnect from the world and spend some time in a quiet rural area surrounded by the majestic Ouachita mountains and watch the sunset from the backyard. The D bar D farmhouse is a cozy, family-friendly house that is literally located on a family farm. Less than .25 miles down the road you will find an access point to enjoy the peaceful Ouachita river or drive a short 30 minutes to Wolf Pen Gap to ride ATVs or find Irons Fork Lake 6 miles away to take in nature and fish.

The Cottage at Acorn

The Cottage at Acorn is located in the Heart of the Ouachita Mountains. The Cottage is a double cylinder block mother-in-law suite attached to our house, with concrete floors, pine ceilings and vintage decorations. Walking distance from a playground, walking track, and Veterans Memorial Park. There are 2 entrances to The Cottage. Please use the Veterans Memorial Park Entrance. Covered parking and a outdoor covered patio makes a good sitting area. And only 4 miles from Mena!

Secluded cabin that overlooks the Ouachita Mountains and a beautiful field . You won't be able to beat this view! Located on 450 acres. This property offers fishing ponds, private four-wheeler trails, and a private creek. This is the perfect place to visit if you want to take a break from life! This is a two bedroom, two bath cabin with a hot tub on the back deck. Cabin comes with Direct TV in the living room and master bedroom. There is also a fire pit and charcoal grill.
