This place was perfect. It was very peaceful. We felt like we were on a mini-vacation even though we were attending our son's soccer tournament. Highly recommend.

Loved everything about the home. Loved collecting eggs from the chickens. Hot tub, fire pit , yard, and inside areas were perfect and comfy. Loved the lay out of the house and the view from the sun room was great. Responsive hosts and great directions in the house manual left in the kitchen.

The house was perfect for our family. Clean and lots of room for all the kids. The pool was great and the added lock for the pool room made us feel much safer. Host was very responsive and answered all of our questions and concerns extremely quickly. Location was amazing being near the stadium and a lot of fun amenities. There is even a park for the kids a block away. Great place and would visit again.

My family and I travel to Oshkosh in July every year for the EAA Air show. This year staying in Menasha at Chad's place was our best stay by far. The location of the residence was only about 10 miles from Oshkosh which made it an easy back and forth commute to the Airport each day. Upon arrival the home was much more than we expected. It was show-room cleaned throughout the entire home with pool cleaned and monitored each day, extremely spacious, warm and home-like, cozy, room for activities including game room with fireplace and table tennis set-up for play. The outdoor surrounding was very peaceful and quiet with beautiful trees and a lovely park across the street with beautiful rose gardens and play areas for fun. Chad checked in on us to ensure that things were going well and offered to provide suggestions of places to eat for late hours after the Air Show events. Chad was extremely helpful to us even after we ended our stay. My Mom left her phone and Chad mailed it directly to us.

The place is very relaxing, it’s really nice. We really enjoyed the place. There’s a lot of things to do. Our whole family enjoyed it! Will definitely booked it again next time. Thank you so much!!!

Amber’s house was a great find for a girlfriend weekend getaway! Even though the weather wasn’t as warm as we had hoped for, we still found time to enjoy the pool.

We stayed here 2x. they house is very cute, fun decor theme & convenient to LU. City Park and all College Ave has to offer. the kitchen is well equipped and I appreciate that the house is fresh & clean without heavy cleaning fragrances. I would definitely stay here again.

I know we weren't the first first to stay, but it was so clean and perfect that it was about impossible to believe otherwise. Super clean and will equipped. Well laid out. Everything we could want was there - even kitchen gadgets, some spices and cooking spray! Our daughter especially loved the paddle boat and giant tv. Everything was very high quality and quite plush. Host was helpful, and (with my portable ramp for one step) I was very able to get in and around in my wheelchair. It was very quiet and peaceful. Highly and whole heartedly recommend! Would absolutely stay again.

Doris was very responsive. I was always received communication from her asking if I needed anything or reminding me of what to do before we left. The residence was very neat, tidy and clean. The garage wasn't big enough for my Silverado truck, but not a game changer. The neighborhood is quiet with plenty of restaurants and stores around. One improvement would be to have a TV in the bedrooms, other than that no complaints. Thanks Doris!!!

My family and I stayed here for the weekend of my husband and son in law's fast pitch softball tournament. This was a beautiful home and was exactly what we needed for our weekend away from home. They even had drinks in the fridge and even some snacks in the cabinet if we wanted them. There were plenty of linens and extra blankets also. We will definitely look to book this home again next year!

Very cute and clean house on the creek! We stayed for a short weekend and the house was perfect. It was clean and comfortable for four. We had our dogs along and the fenced yard was great. Jenna and Greg were very responsive and had the house set up with everything you will need. We spent one of the days fishing on the creek and caught almost 50 fish!

This peaceful property right on the water was exactly what we were looking for! We spent the weekend kayaking, reading on the patio, and watching wildlife from the dock. The house was a very clean and comfortable place to sleep and relax during a rainstorm. The kitchen was very well stocked for cooking. Great coffee shop, brewery, and restaurants within 20 minute drive.

We had a very nice staying at this property. Brandon was very accommodating and the place was very clean. He allowed our dogs to stay there who were the star of the wedding. Thank you for everything!

Place was very nice and extremely clean. Quiet neighborhood. Had lots of kitchen utensils and everything you’d need during your stay.

Great place to stay. House is very large and has plenty of room for a lot of guests. Kitchen and bathrooms are all well stocked and there are a lot of extras that you won’t get at most units. It was also nice to have so many beds on each floor and the availability of the air mattress. Would highly recommend if staying in this area.

Daniel & Amy's place is so charming, well appointed, and totally relaxing--it felt more like a boutique hotel than an AirBnb. It's super convenient to downtown Appleton (and our fave local Mexican spot Sangria's is basically across the street), but tucked away enough from the main drag. The bedding & pillows were super comfy, and the air conditioning kept us nice and cool during an incredibly hot weekend. We'll absolutely book here again next time we visit.

We enjoyed our stay and felt right at home. The location was perfect and the park across the street was great. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen is so well stocked to prepare family meals in. Beautiful home in a quiet peaceful neighborhood at a great price. Highly recommend the Belmont Estate.

We had a wonderful stay! The house had everything we needed and Megan was great at communicating. The area is quiet, we slept wonderfully, and when we ran into the neighbor she was lovely (and let our son pet her dogs). We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in the area.
