Charming cottage in authentic 16th century farmhouse

The cottage is not suitable for minor children (-18) for reasons of calm, tranquility and security. It is ideal for relaxing and invites you to relax. Located 12km from Vals-les-Bains, spa, you will find multiple amenities: grocery stores, bakeries, butchers, restaurants, ice cream parlors, markets, ... Within the Parc Naturel Régional des Monts d 'Ardèche, you will enjoy: rivers, hikes, canyoning, mountain biking and cultural visits as well as many leisure activities.

L'Alrance del traouc

L'Alrance is one of our two accommodations located in the popular area known as the Château de Bozouls, above the canyon (geological curiosity 400 m in diameter and 100 m deep). The Bozouls Hole is an atypical natural horseshoe-shaped cirque. This meander was born from the L'Alrance and Dourdou rivers. Our accommodation is an architectural creation in wooden frame, metal cladding and dry stone gables. It is part of a site classified as a sensitive natural area.

L'Oustalet is located in a beautiful small hamlet in the municipality of Cassagnas, Les Crozes-Haut, in the heart of the Cévennes National Park. Since the village is secluded, this house is ideal if you are looking for a place to relax in peace with the sweet birdsong to lull you. You must be driven in order to make the most of the many activities that our region offers.

Cathedral, Notre Dame de France Statue and Spots to visit are nearby. You can stroll through the cobbled streets.

An unheated natural pool located on a terrace can be used in summer depending on the weather. House fully equipped with all modern equipment (reversible air conditioner, wood burner, equipped kitchen). Access by private dirt road of about 200 meters (beware of low cars).

Welcome to our 35 m² apartment located in an old farmhouse typical of the Cevennes. Enjoy a private inner courtyard, a veranda and a shared terrace with views of the village in addition to the apartment. Many hiking trails leave the house. With my partner Mathieu, both guides, we will be happy to advise you or offer you walks. On site, an aerial arts studio (fabric, hoop, hammock) allows you to organize private lessons.
