Set in the countryside, 4 kilometers from Condat and adjoining our home, is our Cantal farmhouse known as a longère. Thick stone walls, wooden beams, large living room with traditional fire place and log burner, internet tv, two bedrooms, bathroom, and fitted kitchen. Enjoy sitting by a roaring log fire in the winter or in the shade of the old lime tree with a glass of wine enjoying the spectacular views in the summer. Whatever the time of year, you’ll enjoy the Longère’s comfort and charm.

The Pierre de Menet house is composed of: On the ground floor, an equipped kitchen, living area with a sofa bed, a bathroom with toilet and washing machine. Upstairs, two bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet. This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family, or friends... You can go soak your feet in the river that is just around the corner from the house or have a barbecue... Otherwise come and chat with the neighbors

Two-person apartment – with pool

Apartment on the ground floor of the owners' house, independent entrance, located three kilometers from the village, unobstructed view of the peaks of Cantal, very quiet location. The kitchen is equipped (fridge, induction stove, coffee machine, dishwasher, oven and microwave oven). The pool is available on sunny days (the pool is not heated). Pets are allowed but the property is not fenced and I provide a plaid for the sofa if necessary.

Antoinette's house

This small house, for 2 people, completely renovated is located in the charming village of Menet (small city of character) in the heart of the Auvergne Volcanoes Regional Park. We have carefully carried out this renovation, wishing each guest a warm stay and maximum comfort. We'll be happy to host you and introduce you to Cantal... The house must be kept clean. During the summer period, reservation is only by the week.

Small balcony terrace with electric barbecue and beautiful "green" view.
