Nous avons passez un week-end entre filles inoubliable dans le Granges à Roger. Ce logement a été un petit havre de paix. Intérieur très classe avec une literie confortable la Clim qui fait toute don importance avec la chaleur que nous avons eu et un extérieur avec piscine spa et terrain de pétanque que nous avons adoré. Nous avons rencontré un souci avec la cafetière qui a été résolu très rapidement grâce a notre hôte accueillante et au petit soin pour nous encore merci

Nous avons passé une super semaine. La maison a tout ce qui faut et la deco est top. On s'y sent bien... Merci à nos 2 hôtes qui ont été très accueillant et gentils avec nous

Vores familie på 6 havde en fantastisk uge i Anne-Sophie og hendes families hus. Fantastisk udsigt og rolige omgivelser. Alt var meget smukkere i virkeligheden. Boligen var meget ren og indbydende. Poolen var også ren og lækker. Alt fungerede perfekt og vi havde en god dialog med Anne-Sophie og hendes mand både før og under vores ophold. Vi vil helt sikkert gerne tilbage.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! L’appartement, décoré avec beaucoup de goût, allie charme et modernité grâce à ses équipements dernier cri. Tout est pensé pour offrir un maximum de confort, que ce soit en famille ou entre amis. Une véritable parenthèse au vert que je recommande vivement !

Nous avons séjourné une semaine chez Bertrand à l'occasion d'un déplacement professionnel. Bertrand est un hôte sympathique et très accueillant ! La maison est conforme à la description, propre et tous les équipements proposés sont fonctionnels. Nous reviendrons ! Merci Bertrand pour votre accueil !

Logement conforme aux descriptions. Piscine chauffée et terrasse très agréable. Environnement calme, paysage magnifique. Pas de commerce dans le village (un dépôt de pain), boulangerie à 10 min et centre commercial à 20 min. Nombreuses ballades et point de vue autour de la maison. Très proche de la rivière Le fier avec plages et baignade possible. 25 min de la Clusaz avec une multitude d'activités (rando, VTT, canyoning, escalade, luge....). Emmanuelle est très réactive aux demandes. Excellent séjour en famille.

WOW - thats how i would describe this house - the views surrounding the house are amazing. It is so peaceful and quiet. The house is a real home from home and had everything you could possibly need, including a play room which was absolutely brilliant for my 20 month old grandaughter. The pool and garden were both ideal and my grandaughter loved the playhouse and slide. It is only a short walk down to the lake and swimiining in it is just amazing - water is clear and there is free to park municiple beach a short drive away. It is about 20 min drive into annecy which we did a few times which again is absolutely beautiful. Hubert was a fantastic host and was responsive and helpful as well as a lovely welcome gift from him and his family. I could go on and on about how wonderful our holiday was but i will finish with I would love to go back to this house and will be revisiting again one day - thank you Hubert

Wir haben zwei wundervolle Wochen in diesem tollen Ferienhaus verbracht. Die Unterkunft entsprach genau der Beschreibung – gemütlich, sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt braucht. Der Pool war bei dem herrlichen Wetter, das wir über die gesamten 14 Tage hatten, ein echtes Highlight. Auch die zur Verfügung gestellten E-Bikes waren ein absoluter Gewinn – damit konnten wir viele wunderschöne Touren in die Umgebung unternehmen und die Landschaft genießen. Ein besonderes Dankeschön gilt unserem Gastgeber Paul, der uns sehr herzlich empfangen hat. Zur Begrüßung gab es köstliche lokale Kekse und eine Flasche Wein – eine sehr schöne und persönliche Geste, die uns direkt das Gefühl gab, willkommen zu sein. Wir waren zu zweit mit unserem Hund unterwegs und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Das Ferienhaus ist auch für Reisende mit Vierbeinern ideal. Wir können dieses Feriendomizil mit gutem Gewissen zu 100 % weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

Family of 6 aged from 6 years to 72 years old and we all had such a great time at this beautiful house. Lots of room for all of us. The amenities were fab and kept all of us entertained, the games room is such an added bonus and so happy that the owners choose to share that and not lock it off - think we all become frustrated F1 drivers by the end of our stay! Bedrooms were really comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. Very quiet and peaceful, lovely walk to the lake and we enjoyed the bikes to cycle along the cycle route. We wished we could’ve stayed longer but due to another booking we could only stay for 3 nights, would not hesitate to recommend or return.

Le petit chalet de Benoit est très pittoresque et au calme On y est très bien à deux Simple en ameublement et fournitures, mais suffisant pour 4 nuits avec notre chien qui a pu bénéficier du grand jardin ( non clôturé). Il nous a juste manqué le nécessaire de base pour cuisiner ( sel poivre sucre huile essuie tout sac poubelle etc) qui n est pas fourni. Très bon emplacement Proche des commerces et d une belle balade au roc de chère

Éric est un hôte attentionné et cette petite maison au calme est parfaite pour découvrir les merveilles autour du lac d’Annecy !

What an unforgettable stay! The view of Lake Annecy with the mountains in the background is absolutely stunning. You can watch paragliders landing and boats gently cruising on the lake. The lake is just a 2-minute walk from the property, and the surroundings are peaceful and incredibly scenic. The house is spacious and thoughtfully laid out, offering both comfort and functionality. You can enjoy your morning coffee on the patio while soaking in the stunning views of Lake Annecy. The windows and doors are soundproof, so you can enjoy peaceful, undisturbed nights without any noise from passing vehicles. Ample parking is available, and the hosts were warm and welcoming. There was nothing to complain about, only wonderful things to say. Restaurants and supermarkets are close by. I stayed for 3 nights, but it felt too short. The place is so beautiful that even 10 days would not have been enough. Words can’t do justice to the view. I am in awe and will definitely be back.

Très bon séjour dans une maison agréable, avec une superbe vue sur le lac. Le cadre est paisible, idéal pour se détendre. La maison est bien pensée, propre et confortable. Un grand merci à notre hôte, accueillant et vraiment compréhensif, ce qui a rendu le séjour encore plus agréable. Nous gardons un très bon souvenir de cette parenthèse au bord de l’eau.

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche in St. Jorioz verbracht. Die Wohnung hat uns im Großen und Ganzen nicht enttäuscht und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, der große Tisch und das Sofa perfekt zum Arbeiten, Entspannen, Spiele spielen oder Filme gucken. Auch die Kommunikation mit den Vermietenden war reibungslos und sehr freundlich. Wir waren zu fünft dort, und das hat auch funktioniert, aber zu viert ist es vermutlich noch komfortabler. Es gibt auch Staubsauger, Wischer etc., um zwischendurch ein bisschen sauber zu machen, was wir auch toll fanden. Das einzige, was unseren Aufenthalt noch besser gemacht hätte, wäre ausreichend Klopapier, Spülmittel, Batterien für die Fernbediehnung und so Sachen wie Öl und Gewürze, weil das schwer ist, selbst mitzubringen, wenn man ohne Auto reist. Außerdem ist die Wohnung für sehr ruhige UrlauberInnen gedacht. Wir haben keine Party oder so gemacht, und waren den Nachbarn trotzdem zu laut. Aber insgesamt war es toll! Danke!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft. Wie auf den Bildern zu sehen ist alles sehr modern und stilvoll eingerichtet. Es ist sauber und man hatte alles, was man braucht. Die Lage ist optimal. Man erreicht den Lac zu Fuß und mit dem Auto oder Fahrrad ist man schnell in der Innenstadt. Trotzdem ist man in einer ruhigen Umgebung. Uns hat es rundum sehr gut gefallen!

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole. La casa è accogliente, pulita e immersa nella natura. Catherine e Jean Paul sono stati ospiti gentilissimi e ci hanno permesso di vivere un’esperienza unica: coccolare le caprette e dar loro il latte con il biberon! Siamo partiti presto la mattina e non abbiamo potuto salutarli di persona, ma li ringraziamo di cuore per tutto. Consigliatissimo!

Notre séjour chez Tiffanie et sa famille a été parfait ! Nous avons apprécie la localisation de la maison, située dans les hauteurs de Saint Jorioz qui est facilement accessible en voiture (10min). Annecy est à 35-40min selon le traffic. Petit tips : le GPS indique d'emprunter un chemin escarpé et interdit à la circulation juste avant l'arrivée à la maison, ignorez-le et continuez tout droit avant de tourner à droite à la prochaine intersection (beaucoup + praticable). Le logement est très fonctionnel et refait à neuf, le mobilier et la déco sont de qualité ! Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les 2 chambres très confortables (master bedroom et chambre enfant), ainsi que le jardin et la belle terrasse équipée. Merci à Tiffanie, Charlie et Malo pour leur accueil et bravo pour la magnifique maison qu'ils ont aménagée :)

Notre séjour s’est très bien déroulé. L’appartement est très bien placé et dispose d’une terrasse qui apporte un plus à la location. Anne est une hôte très réactive aux demandes et nous a donné de bons renseignements. L’endroit est calme et reposant avec le lac à proximité. Nous avons adoré découvrir Annecy et ses alentours. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement et nous n’hésiterons pas à le relouer si nous revenons dans la région.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour chez Paul, la maison est très jolie avec une vue magnifique sur la vallée et le lac d’Annecy et un grand jardin. La cuisine est très bien équipée. La maison reste fraîche en été sans climatisation. La communication avec Paul était facile et efficace. Nous reviendrons si nous prévoyons de nouvelles vacances dans la région

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour, c'était facile de se déplacer en auto pour visiter la ville d'Annecy, aussi il y avait des stationnements relais gratuit, c'est l'idéal. Pour marcher ou faire du vélo c'est super. Beaucoup de commodités alentour de la maison (épicerie, restaurants, location de vélo). La maison était tel que vu sur les photos, tout était très propre et bien rangé. Également très bel accueil à notre arrivée par l'hôte !
