Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Menthon-Saint-Bernard

It is a beautiful and lovely house and my family enjoyed to stay here so much! It is located right next to the beach so it’s very easy to walk there. I walked to the bakery every morning, and took a walk along the lake at night. It’s a very safe place. Wonderful view, nice garden, and Sophie is a great host!

Very pleasant stay with the family. The children enjoyed the large grounds, the ping-pong table. Meals on the terrace overlooking the Lanfon teeth and the castle. Nice barbecue evenings. So many good memories.

We really enjoyed our stay in Annecy le vieux in this pretty little house full of charm. The hosts were attentive, hyper responsive and above all extremely kind Thank you to Aimé and Faïza for putting us on the trail of the best sites to visit as well as good gastro addresses

All the facilities were well-equipped, clean, and nice. However, the lack of air conditioning was a bit disappointing. In particular, Jerome's kind explanations and guidance were really good.

This is a wonderful place to stay when visiting Lake Annecy! Super easy to walk down to the lake—about a 5-10 min walk to a lovely beach for swimming. Also really quick to get to Annecy for shopping, restaurants etc. either by taxi or bus. The place is so beautiful—very clean and looks just like the photos. We particularly enjoyed spending time in the backyard area! Only thing to note is that it did get very hot during our stay in June! No AC and no screens on the doors/windows so it stayed quite hot even through the evening. Other than that the place was just perfect for our group!

This is not the first time we have been there and it is still great, both the accommodation and the recommendations for activities. I had an amazing experience at this place. It is super cozy and comfortable and has everything a solo traveller could need. The shower, mini kitchen and balcony are fantastic. The location being so close to the bus/train station was super convenient and the hosts were very responsive. I highly recommend!

The apartment was very well equipped (especially the kitchen) and it is located in a quiet, relaxed residential area. The balcony and the view are of course great and Nathalie was a very nice hostess. We also liked Annecy and the area very much. We will be happy to come back :)

This lovely and comfortable apartment is exactly as described and shown in the photos. The smallest details make your stay as nice as being in a fine hotel: comfortable beds, pillows, extra throw blankets, good quality linens and plush towels. Francois and Capucine are nearby when needed but always discreet and allowed us our privacy. If that is not enough the highlight is the breathtaking views from the deck. The photos do not due justice to the awesome majesty of the mountains. We had many outings planned but only did half of our plans as we only wanted to stay local and to enjoy the views right from the house and nearby Combloux. Combloux is a gem as is Megeve and the proximity to Chamonix makes the location ideal! We will go back with our children and grand children!

We had a great stay at Nina's, the apartment is spacious, well thought out, quiet. It is located a few minutes from the lake and we were able to fully enjoy the activities of the lake! The proximity of restaurants, water activities, the beach is ideal for a stay, including without a vehicle. Nina is a very nice host, eager for your stay to be successful. We will be back!

The apartment is absolutely beautiful, well equipped and in a superb location. Richard is super helpful, quick to respond and gives you all the information needed for a perfect stay. Would highly recommend this apartment.

Everything was perfect! The apartment is close to all amenities, restaurants, the supermarket in front... Very quiet and very clean! The garden is a real plus! Thanks again for Christian's hospitality, who gave us a lot of advice on what was around and was very warm!

The place looked exactly like the photos—so glad I booked Severine’s apartment! It’s a charming, clean, and very comfortable one-bedroom that far exceeded our expectations. Severine was an excellent host. The location is great: about a pleasant 25–30 minute walk to Annecy Vieille Ville and around 15 minutes to the lake. I loved strolling through the neighborhood, which felt safe even late at night. Public transportation was easy to access, and there were plenty of great dining options nearby. Severine even recommended a fantastic restaurant where we celebrated my mother’s birthday. There’s also a lovely patisserie just around the corner with a wide selection of pastries, bread, and delicious sandwiches. I’d absolutely book again!

the accommodation matched the description, tidy, clean and pleasant upon arrival. the accommodation offers good equipment for the kitchen, as well as bedding already present for the bed, as well as bath towels, which is very pleasant. the garage is large and secure in addition, all quite close to the lake. François is courteous and kind, he answered all our questions despite the fact that we did not see him in person, I recommend the accommodation!

We had a great family stay in Vincent and Fanny's apartment. They are very pleasant and accommodating people. For example, we were faced with traffic jams on the road which delayed our arrival later than expected, but they were understanding and organized to welcome us even late. The accommodation is functional and well decorated, located 10 minutes by bike from Annecy, with shops and restaurants nearby. You can go there without a second thought 😉

we were blown away by this place - the view is absolutely amazing. the house was spotless and very well equipped. the nearest village was an 8 minute drive, and there is a market on on Saturday mornings. annecy was around 30 mins drive into the centre. the host was very good at communicating and also gave us our space which we appreciated- also very accomadating as we were travelling with a baby they kindly let us check in a little earlier. the only thing I would give as feedback to the host, there is no shade in the garden, and as we were blessed with gorgeous sunshine throughout our stay, we enjoyed eating our dinner and letting our baby play outside - maybe an umbrella or parasol over the decking would be an added touch. overall wonderful stay and would 100% recommend.

we had a wonderful stay at this beautiful little apartment. everything we needed was there, it was absolutely spotlessly clean and modern and very comfortable. I would highly recommend to anyone to book this place 😊 its so lovely 😍 the garden is stunning and the hosts are very nice. perfectly situated to visit all the local areas have to offer. amazing!!!

We enjoyed the week in Annecy very much: the apartment was very clean, cozy and fully furnished. There is a very quiet, barely visible terrace with a wonderful view of the mountains and a small part of the lake. The very clean and well-maintained pool with a pool house is just a few meters from the terrace. The neighborhood is very quiet. We always found a parking space close to the house. The entrance gate to the residential complex conveys a good sense of security. If we had any questions, the landlord answered immediately and gave us very attractive tips for companies, bakeries, restaurants, etc. We highly recommend cycling from the apartment via Rue du Capitaine Baud/ Rue de Verdun to the lake and along it to the city center. From our side there was nothing to criticize, we can fully recommend the apartment!

Very nice apartment. Perfect for participating in the Alpsman because it's in Cité du Lac. Metin was super accommodating. We recommend it!

Such a lovely appartment, and the use of the bikes is brilliant as it means you can get around Annecy so quickly on the great cycle paths that run right past the property. The view and garden is spectacular and the windows, shutters and thick old walls mean it’s always cool and quiet. Nadine responded quickly and preempted any questions we had. Would definitely rebook.
