You will enjoy our Villa and its garden with its heated swimming pool and a breathtaking view of the mountains that you will find in the 4 large bedrooms of the house (complete with 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs). You will enjoy having breakfast on the terrace with the sunrise over the Parmelan mountains. Our villa is located in the village of Argonay, 10’ from Annecy and its lake, 25’ from ski resorts such as La Clusaz as well as Geneva airport.

The space A house with a Savoyard chalet-style exterior, featuring a kitchen open to the living room and a 30 m2 terrace with a table for lunch, to enjoy the view under the trees, and to have barbecues! The 600 m2 garden has a vegetable garden, a swing, and a trampoline.

You are welcome in my Savoyard house located between Lake Annecy (5 min) and the mountains, the Aravis ski resorts (30 min). Guests can cool off in the pool and use the barbecue. Magnificent views of the mountains! My house is ideally located for water sports and winter sports, for hiking, cycling, but also for relaxing and admiring the beautiful Savoyard landscapes.
