Very nice seafront apartment, you will only have to cross the street to get to the beach. Close to many seaside restaurants and city center. Our apartment is located 10 minutes walk from Menton train station and shops, and old town. Reserved carpark in the basement. Large 50m2 apartment with living room, American kitchen open to the living room, a bedroom with reading corner or single bed. Fully equipped kitchen. Well insulated with double windows and reversible air conditioning.

Menton: 2 rooms and large balcony by the sea

The apartment, by the sea, has a large balcony of 15m2 equipped with a dining area and 2 sunbeds. The living room, kitchen, and bedroom have direct access to the balcony. The toilets are separate. Many closets provide ample storage space. The building has 2 accesses, one on the beach (a road to cross), the other towards the city. These accesses are secure (key+ access code). The basement garage of the building is also secured and the parking space can be locked.
