Its 30 m2 terrace with barbecue, its 550 m2 garden encourages you to rest after your mountain activities. Ideally located between the village and the alpine ski resorts of La Colmiane (summer and winter activities) and Nordic du Boreon (gateway to the Mercantour National Park). Rental 3 nights minimum and 7 nights from Saturday to Saturday during school holidays.

Very quiet accommodation. Studio à la trinité 06340 bordering Nice (20 mins from Nice). Private parking before a short descent to access the home . 10 minutes from the 2 motorway entrances towards Italy, Monaco, and Cannes. This studio is air-conditioned, tastefully renovated with open views over the hills. Access via road with multiple shoelaces. Accommodation independent of the house very quiet and green place. No nearby activities in the municipality. Car essential.

Small cozy cottage on the edge of the forest

Minimaliste, au confort simple, propice au calme, à la détente et pour se déconnecter, notre petit chalet de 40 m2 dont 20 en mezzanine ( attention toiture en pente, escalier de meunier) est installé sur le même terrain que notre maison, à 3km du village de Biot, à mi-chemin entre Nice et Cannes. Non-fumeur à l'intérieur Ni WiFI ni télévision WC en extérieur ( ont remplacé les toilettes sèches) Clim réversible Relaxation et modelage sonore sur demande.

Our house is located under the medieval village square and is accessed via a 200 m pedestrian path with a drop

Val d'Allos, quiet and sunny chalet with Wifi

Charming chalet in a quiet location in the Val d'Allos, all amenities, with views of the mountains and pastures. Chalet located in Chaumie, a hamlet between Colmars Les Alpes and Allos, 5 min by car from each of the villages. Many hikes start directly from the chalet and others are quickly accessible by car. For skiers, you are less than 15 minutes by car from the first ski slopes (10 min from Seignus d'Allos and 20 min from La Foux d'Allos).

Ideally located, 5 minutes from the spa resort of berthemont baths , and about twenty minutes from the various departures to the mercantour park: Vallées de la gordolasque, du boréon and la madonna des fenestres.

Logout assured! It often takes a little time to accept this immersion in nature, but then the charm works, time slows down, and relaxation is there, in a quiet environment. My accommodation is close to the Estéron river to cool off in the summer. The entire house was built with materials that respect the environment and the health of its occupants. Your stay at the "Bois du Vegay" will remain a very beautiful memory.
