100% recommended. The photos and description are the same as the stay. They delivered it super clean!!! I spent 3 months living there and working remotely, the internet with excellent speed and never failed. I traveled with my dogs and we were at ease, just consider that the rented area is not fenced so you have to be careful with the pets so that they do not walk too in the property without supervision. Fer was always very attentive, he immediately resolved some things that came up and made me recommendations. The house does not have parking but it is safe to leave the car on the street. The area in which it is located is easily accessible and you arrive fast almost everywhere. I really loved living there for three months and loved Fer's attention. The experience of waking up between gardens and cooking outside is very good and the house is also not heated by the stove. I will miss living here a lot. Incredibly beautiful home. Spotless. Everything new. Quiet neighborhood. Responsive hosts. Host provided many essentials and some non-essentials such as water, coffee, garbage bags, paper towels, salt, pepper, cooking oil, napkins, etc. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and dishes. This is a top-notch accommodation at a very good rate.

excellent location, a really beautiful apartment, we spent 8 days for my husband's recovery and it was amazing to 🫢 wake up and see the lake. Wow, that's priceless, an incredibly beautiful view, we could go for a quiet walk. I felt at home and Charito's attention was wonderful, she was always attentive, and when I had any questions she answered quickly, she was very kind and friendly. Rating 11 out of 10. When I return to Merida I will definitely stay here.
