La baie vitrée donne sur un jardin potager et vous bénéficiez d'une petite terrasse avec brise vue séparatif. La climatisation réversible a été installée en juillet 2025 dans la chambre. Depuis janvier 2026 nouvelle literie queen size (160x200) dans la chambre.
