Cozy and undisturbed cabin right by the ski slope

Lun and cozy cottage located stone's throw from 350 km long ski slopes. It is 20 minutes to Sjusjøen alpine center. Trailing report can be seen on the ski track. Fully equipped kitchen, fireplace in the living room and fireplace in the kitchen. Included electricity. Two bedrooms have comfortable beds, as well as sofa with mattress underneath. Combustion toilet and outhouse for those who want the authentic. Shower and hot water in the tap with water pump. Water post 2 minutes drive from the cabin. Drive to the door. Possibility of electric car charger.

Cheerful cabin in a great location

Cozy cottage in North Mesna where you can relax with your whole family. The cabin has a cozy atmosphere with a big fireplace. Lovely to enjoy the evenings and not least get up for pleasant mornings. The cabin is about 10 minutes away from Norway's largest ski destination which is Sjusjøen, where there are miles of ski slopes and ski resorts. Lillehammer city centre about 15 min drive, you will visit Jorekstad Recreational Bath, Hafjell alpine facilities, Hunderfossen or Lilleputthammer it is about 30 min drive there.

To Sjusjøen - Norway's best cross country destination, it is a 12 min drive, Hafjell (Alpine Olympic 1994/Hunderfossen Adventure Park) 30 min, and Sjusjøen alpine resort for families, 10 min. Lillehammer center 15 mins. Evening and Sunday open grocery store at Mesnali 3 min Linen/towels) must be pre-booked - price €20 per set, or you bring yourself. The hosting offers guiding on snowshoeing and ski instruction in the winter.

Cozy cabin 10 minutes from Lillehammer city center

Beautifully situated log cabin 10 minutes by car from the centre of Lillehammer. There is a short distance to the Birkebeineren ski stadium which has a large network of hiking trails. 15 minutes drive to Nordseter and about 20 minutes drive to Sjusjøen with great hiking trails and ski slopes. Hoppbakken is only 3 minutes drive from the cabin with great views of the city. 5 minutes by car to the nearest grocery store. For alpine skiing you have Hafjell which is 25 minutes away and Kvitfjell 1 hour away.

Modern cabin with immediate proximity to ski slopes

Perfect cabin for those who want ski slopes, hiking trails, forest and fields in the immediate vicinity. 20 meters from the cabin there are miles of outstanding ski slopes in winter. Short distance to the biathlon and roller ski resort, in addition to the lake ski center. In summer there are nice swimming opportunities in Sjusjøvannet, which is a 7 minute drive away from the cabin. It is a 40 min drive to Hunderfossen It is 38 min drive to Hafjell It is a 24 min drive to Lillehammer city center

We had a great stay at Sjusjøen. Marie is very welcoming and friendly to communicate with. The home was bright, and it was wonderfully warm upon our arrival-and it's located in some beautiful surroundings with great scenery right at your fingertips. Great cabin in a lovely location right by cross country tracks and slalom slopes. Clean and tidy, and very nice that all essentials are in place. Friendly hosting that responds quickly. We had an amazing weekend and would love to come back!

Ny hytte, ski in/ski out

We had a wonderful stay and would come back anytime. Kâre was very accommodating and always easily accessible. Since we arrived without a car, he organized extra linen for us. The cabin was very clean, spacious and cozy. The location is perfect for the cross-country ski trail and if you arrive by car, everything is quickly accessible. However, we had decided against a rental car and arrived from Oslo by train and bus. This is of course a challenge with a location 2km from the center. Certainly some things would have been easier by car, and you have to be well organized to realize it without a car. The bus line is little used and is not very high. Transporting shopping or trash on skis from/to the center of Sjusjoen is certainly not for everyone. We managed to do it and at least compensated for our climate-unfriendly flight from Germany to Oslo:-)

Very comfortable, convenient, pleasant, clean and well-equipped accommodation. Next to a cross-country ski trail and close to the alpine ski trail. Tore responds very quickly if you have any questions.
