Il est équipé d'un salon avec canapé convertible, chambre avec lits jumeaux, cuisine, salle d'eau. Le logement est tout équipé sauf draps et serviettes de toilette.

En toute transparence, quand le lit est ouvert l'espace dans la Tiny House est réduit. Mais l extérieur comporte une terrasse aménagée avec une table, une chaise longue et un Parasol. Environnement très calme. Piste cyclable à proximité (Vélodysee sud-ouest) et sur chemin de Compostelle.
