The village is known for the clay pots that its inhabitants have been creating for centuries. About 100 meters from the house there is a supermarket, a pastry shop, a cafe, a grill house, a traditional tavern, 2 gas stations, a pharmacy and a health center, while the most beautiful beaches of southern Chios (Komi, Mavra Volia,...) are very close.

Byzantine Home in the Castle

In 2022 the Byzantine home underwent a comprehensive reconstruction under the supervision of archaeologists. The original construction materials were meticulously used, preserving the structure of the home, which is a part of a castle built approximately 950 years ago.The main bedroom features queen-sized bed and a full-sized bed on an elevated wooden structure that was meticulously rebuilt to its original state. The other bedroom serves as a television room, equipped with a queen-sized mattress

Point of View

This charming studio of 30m2, just a few minutes walk from the harbor and the city center has been designed as open plan area, with a queen size bed, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, a fireplace, a sitting area, a desk, as well as a bathroom with shower. It accommodates up to 2 people, ideal for couples and for long stays as it is equipped with all the necessary facilities. A private veranda of 70m2 surrounds the house and offers relaxing moments and magnificent sea and mountain view.

Luxurious traditional stone house in South Chios

Traditional house in Patrika one of the medieval villages of south chios specialy constructed for the collection of the mastic.Dating back to medieval times, fully renovated in 2018 with respect to the traditional architecture. Special attention was given to the decoration, to the luxury and the comfort. Built in two levels, it contains 2 spacious bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, an attic with double bed, a terrace with view to the sea and the mountains, and a balcony to the village square.

Three-story medieval house

A small three-storey house within the traditional Medieval settlement of Patrika, which is one of the Mastichochoria that produce the unique product of mastic. For this reason, internally it has the form of a castle village, built during the Genoese period. The house in which I invite you to stay is located in the center of the village, in picturesque streets. The settlement with few inhabitants offers, due to its prominent location, the opportunity to get to know many other places nearby.

This is a modern studio right on the sea, with unlimited views of the Aegean and the Venetian. It has a comfortable balcony and a backyard. Next to cosmopolitan Komi and Viri. Within walking distance are all the excellent pristine beaches of western Chios, the stone traditional castle villages of Mastichochoria of Chios. It is very functional with several closets and kitchen cabinets, satellite TV, hairdryer, electric iron and ironing board as well as a vacuum cleaner.

The small, fully equipped kitchen includes stoves, fridge, kitchen utensils, tea kettle and Nespresso machine. The room offers access to the shared lounge area, has a wardrobe, wooden floors and a sweet welcome for guests. 2 coffee capsules, Turkish delight and sweets are offered to guests. The unit includes two single beds and does not have a courtyard or terrace.
