Più di 50 anni fa era la zona dove si lavavano i panni, oggi è un monolocale ideato e progettato per vivere nella luce, nello spazio libero, nell'amore dei piccoli dettagli. L'alloggio è al piano terra dell'edificio ed ha un patio esterno in condivisione con un altro monolocale (max 2 persone).
