Nikolina was very friendly, helpful and share with a lot of recommendations. The apartament was very clean, exactly like on the photos even better! Our stay was fantastic!

Tomislav was a very friendly and helpful host. The apartment had everything you need for a great stay. The terrace with furniture, grill and whirlpool was especially wonderful. He speaks English and German fluently.

We absolutely loved this place! The location is perfect, just a few minutes walk from the old town, but the place itself is on a very quiet non-touristic street. There are also lots of restaurants, bakeries, and shops in walking distance - and indeed you can walk right out into the sea! The swimming area is really amazing, it's a slightly sheltered area so it felt really safe to swim there even when the sea was wavy. We also really liked the furniture and decor, it looks better in real life than in the photos. Everything was super clean as well. The view from the terrace is wonderful, and the view while swimming is amazing too. The terrace also has an awning so we were able to use it all day. Lana was an excellent host, we had the place to ourselves of course but she was super communicative before we arrived with information, instructions, and offering us advice. Everything was super clear and she was really friendly!

Anas apartment is awesome! Beautifully designed, practically equipped + plenty of space. The balcony is fantastically beautiful: from late noon sun + a fantastic view, e.g. of the sunset over the sea! We sat there even in the rain, there's even an outlet. Also the bedroom with wonderful sea and island views. The bed: large + very comfortable. Together with the sounds of the sea + the clear air, a guarantee for a good night' The kitchen has everything for cooking (gas + electric cooking, kettle, dishwasher, and much more). In the bathroom, enough space for 2 (+ washing machine). Parking is available right on the premises. Shopping is also possible on foot. The best for us: the sea only 20 meters away with a nice swimming spot (steps into the water, stone slabs and gravel, individual pines), where you can swim wonderfully (+ sunbathe)! Totally relaxed and not overcrowded. Ana is super nice + gave us the tip to go to Nin (worth it). We will be back!

Matija was the perfect host , the apartment was just as described and in a very quiet and residential local area very close to the beach. Matija always answered any questions I had very quickly and was there to meet us when we arrived . He showed us a short cut to the beach . His parents live below the apartment and were so friendly, we felt very welcome and safe. I was would recommend this apartment to anyone and would definitely return . We had a wonderful stay in Zadar .

The apartment is superbly furnished, has a large terrace with a fantastic view. The infinity pool with a view of the sea is located in a very beautifully maintained garden. The location of the property directly by the sea, with a staircase to the private, concreted lying area with sun loungers and parasol, is exceptionally beautiful. The beach is flat and the ground is mostly sandy. The landlady Vesna has furnished the apartment with a lot of love, and everything is functional and generous. Water, orange juice and milk were ready in the cold refrigerator. Ivan discreetly ensures the cleanliness of the pool and garden area every day. Vesna and Ivan are very warm hosts and are always trying to give guests maximum privacy, the pool area and the beach area were all for us alone.

We spent about a week in this beautiful and lovely village. I recommend a visit here to anyone who wants to retreat a little from the noise of the world. The sea is literally a few meters from the apartment, where you can take a dip, and a beautiful path leads to another, hidden beach. It is a perfect place for walking and relaxing. The apartment is beautiful, tidy, comfortable and clean, we were able to relax well and enjoy breakfast in the sea breeze in the morning or wine in the evening on the balcony at sunset. Gabriela is a discreet and extremely helpful host, thank you for having us here.

I had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The host was very friendly and responsive, which made the experience even better. The location was perfect — close to everything I needed, but still quiet and peaceful. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others. Thank you for the great hospitality!

We enjoyed our stay! The house is beautiful and as described, the garden is an absolute highlight. We were able to eat kumquats and season our food with the herbs! Those who arrive at the right time will also get their own tomatoes and potatoes. Three hammocks under olive trees and an outdoor shower make a sunny day even better! Only the small thistles should be careful if you like to walk barefoot or have small children, but is not a big problem. The pdf file that Anamarija had already sent in advance includes all the information about the house and the area. Marija was waiting for us and gave us the most important information. Questions were answered within minutes. We fully recommend this place!

The studio was tidy and nice, matching the description and with the necessary tools. It's good for 2 people. The light and sound isolation was maybe not perfect, but Goran quickly provided us with a solution. The communication was always good and easy ! The neighbourhood is nice for calm holidays and it's good if you have a car to explore further away.

There were eight of us at this great location! Marijo and his team did a great job. There were great records for the reception as well as fresh cookies. He also found out if everything was okay with us. He also came to clean the pool in the week, which is just great as well as a day before departure he brought us a lot of wind bags in general. We found the location super, it is super quiet there and it is simply recommended to take his vacation there thank you for this great wonderful vacation!

Ana and her husband were very nice from the beginning. The house was beautiful, especially the whirlpool did it for us. The location is great, you walk 5 min to the supermarket and 10 min to the beach and also have a great bus connection to Zadar. Overall, it was a really great trip!

Great place, place, beach by the apartment, apartment location. The only problem was with the neighbors above us, who unfortunately couldn't keep the quiet hours, and so 2 nights were intermittent sleep. On the other hand, the nightlife to this city probably currently belongs :-)

Had a wonderdul stay in Zadar! We really enjoyed our time here. The location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to see and do. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, which made our stay even better. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed.

We had a great time at Michelle's place. We were greeted by Andreas who was very welcoming, caring and always had great tips. The apartment is as described and the location is idyllic for a peaceful vacation away from crowded places. I would definitely recommend this apartment, go there without a second thought...

The flat was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped! It’s a bit further from the Old Town, but still within easy walking distance, and there are shops nearby for convenience. Luka was very friendly and welcoming, and his dog was absolutely lovely!

An absolute delight! We much enjoyed our stay in Matjaz apartment. It is very clean upon our arrival and is as described on Airbnb. It supplies everything needed throughout the day. The private beach access is perfect, idyllic and gives you the opportunity to enjoy your vacation without any stress of searching for a spot in the shades. Although we did not use it this time - the garden is also equipped with a grill, which was quite tempting to use :) Matjaz is a super host for a reason. He and his wife are as friendly as one can be, super helpful and easy to communicate with. We would definitely come back any time and can highly recommend Matjaz and his apartment (s). ***** 5/5 Stars *****

We very much enjoyed our stay. Hidden from busy main streets but close to everywhere, clean and with beautiful garden. Our kids loved feeding turtles in the garden and sitting in the swing ❤️

I am returning home very happy - my little vacation in Zaglav with Petra was perfect. Petra is a super sweet person who gave me helpful tips about the ferry beforehand. The apartment is super quiet, located directly on the harbor - I could see incredibly beautiful sunrises from the large balcony😍 Thank you for the great stay, dear Petra☀️
