Rustic chic studio cabin (450sqft + a low-ceiling sleeping loft) set in an idyllic country setting. The timber for the cabin was harvested and sawed into logs in small batches within one mile of our location. The cabin was handcrafted by the owner to include log beds, dining table, and other accents. Enjoy modern amenities in a cozy atmosphere. This is the perfect place to get away from it all and enjoy a quiet weekend with endless night skies. There isn’t anywhere quite like Cougar Creek.

Enjoy peaceful country charm in this two-bedroom one bath suite. Stay on the main floor or tuck away upstairs under the eaves, a serene little getaway space. Our serene and peaceful cabin is situated 15 min from town center where you will find supermarkets, the rec center, a movie theater, shops, and restaurants. Creston also offers tours of the Kokanee Brewery and local vineyards during the summer. We are 20 min from Kootenay lake. The West Creston Wetlands Conservation Area is at the bottom of the hill. Less than 5 minutes to everything. Skiing, Biking, Hiking and Golfing. Two block to our quaint downtown shopping area. Quiet and comfortable 700sq ft studio with dream bed, gas fireplace and a spacious gourmet kitchen. Out door patio area and private covered entrance. Storage for golf clubs, bikes and skis. The Caravan

Enjoy a memorable and unique experience in the 'Caravan', a tiny home built on the back of a 1967 International Loadstar. Cozy up and read a book in the spacious loft bed or take a bath in the outdoor tub (May - Oct). Have a romantic getaway, or bring your family of 3 and make use of the twin futon. Walk or ride your bike right out the door on our trails and take in one of the classes or events at For-rest Retreat. Salmo is the perfect place to stay and explore the beauty of the Kootenays.

Rural Bungalow with Mountain Views

Also known as Dominion Mountain Retreat, this 565 sq. foot bungalow can sleep up to 5, but is spacious and lovely for a couple. Very comfortable queen bed upstairs, with spiral stairs leading to a rooftop deck. Full kitchen, dedicated workspace, tiled bath with shower, hot tub and fire pit available for comfort outside. Hummingbird paradise in summer, especially June and July! Level 1 and 2 EV chargers available by prior arrangement. Please note: Winter Access requires 4WD or AWD vehicle!
