Really nice place, clean and just as described. We have enjoyed our stay. Catherine was helpful upon any communication. We had a bbq in a garden which was lovely and the games room came in handy. The sitting area is a lovely sun trap. Fully equipped kitchen, lovely bedroom with comfortable beds, plenty bedding and towels. Thank you

Alex & Denise were helpful & responsive hosts. They replied to any queries very quickly & provided lots of information. The house is nicely decorated & had everything we needed for a stay. The beds are very comfortable. The house is in a pedestrianised crescent just off a main road. You don’t hear much of the road noise & it certainly didn’t bother us. Local shops & a brilliant take away within easy reach. Plenty of parking out the front on the road too. All in all a very pleasant stay & would use again when in the area. Thank you Alex & Denise.

As described, quiet and in a nicer part of Bolton- felt fairly safe. Hassan was very responsive, and left clear instructions.

Lovely, cosy house beautifully furnished and decorated. We felt right at home. The place was spotlessly clean with a well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Comfortable beds. Quiet neighbourhood with parking on the street outside. Lots to do in the area and some great restaurants. Recommend Mamma J's for coffee and cake and Verona for great Italian. Thank you for sharing your lovely home.

Only stayed there one night to attend a local wedding. Host was very accommodating in allowing access to drop bags ahead of check-in time. Accommodation clean and tidy. We had everything we needed for our stay. Directions were clear, but due to being down a quiet single track lane we thought we may had gone the wrong way- no such worries, as sign posted.

I had a lovely stay at this flat. It was clean and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable rental experience. The host was responsive, making the check-in process smooth.

Absolutely everything you’d need provided for your stay and a shop just across the road which was very handy! Will definitely be back when in the area again!!

This was our first Air B&B experience so obviously we were a little nervous. We needn’t have been. Host was absolutely brilliant with any questions we had and the property was exactly as described and what we needed for our stay. It was tucked away in beautiful surroundings and I found a gorgeous walk/jogging route through the countryside with our viz. :) Despite there being a golf course right outside it was extremely scenic and quiet. It was perfect location for anywhere we needed to be with easy access to Wigan, Manchester and Liverpool. Everywhere we went during our stay was within around a 15 minute drive. 💯 would recommend this little hidden gem and stunning location. Thank you so much for letting us stay! This is definitely somewhere we would stay again in the future 🙏🏻🌟

Grace and Daniel are outstanding hosts. They were extremely accomodating to any needs I had during my stay and are very friendly. It’s very easy to get into the city centre as public transport is right nearby and there’s also plenty of shops within walking distance. I would absolutely stay here again if in Manchester!

The property was lovely and clean, we were provided with an information booklet which included nearby restaurants and shops, travel advice and much more! The location was perfect, only a quick 25 minute bus to the centre, and very safe and quiet area to stay. The room itself was very spacious with the bathroom having amazing toiletries to utilise, and the kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. Jacquie was lovely and communicated well making everthing very clear, with the check in/out, how to get there, and more. Would definitely stay again.

A beautiful room exactly as described in the images and description. The room was pristine and easy to get into. Even had a tower fan to help cool down in the hot summer.

stayed for a total of 5 nights, spotlessly clean and space large enough for 2 people. off street parking, so quiet, well stocked fridge with jams milk etc. I really liked the bedside table that included to USB charging points. will definitely stay again when I am next visiting

I had a great stay at Linden’s apartment! The location is perfect—right next to Manchester United’s stadium and close to the city center, making it super convenient for both sightseeing and transport. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and very comfortable. Communication with Linden was excellent—friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout the stay. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Manchester.

Stables View exceeded my expectations. Spotlessly clean and spacious (more spacious than I expected from the photos), with beautiful views and private parking. After a long day at work and a couple of hours driving it was great to sit and relax on the balcony listening to the birds. Everything had been carefully thought out making it easy to turn up, settle in and relax. One of the best properties I have stayed in and I will definitely return if I am working in the area again. Lovely apartment next to the canal in peaceful block of flats. Close to the city centre. Comfy bed and clean apartment. Very responsive host. We wanted an extra day but she was already booked but let me know there was a cancellation so we were able to book the extra night. Would definitely stay again.
