The house, located on the ground floor of an old nineteenth-century building, overlooks a small but well-kept garden. Despite being in the center, it is quiet. The house is located on a street on the edge of the historic center, which may seem like a suburban street, but has the great advantage of being very close to the historic center of Palermo and allows you to visit the city on foot with absolute ease. We are close to the sea, the presence of the ships that you can perceive is very suggestive

Spacious Apt in Best Area with StunningTerrace

The apt is literally downtown, set in a lovely street with lots restaurants and cafes in the historic heart of Palermo, just around the corner of Teatro Massimo. Although it's right in the middle of all the restaurants and night life you can't really hear any noise once inside of the apt. The place is spacious, stylish with full equipped kitchen, heating, air conditioned and an amazing view of St' Ignazio Church from the terrace. The apt is on the 4 floor in an ancient building without elevator.

Super centrally-located apartment at the top of a palazzo in the heart of Kalsa, the trendiest neighbourhood in Palermo historic centre. If you manage to make it up the 4th floor of steep stairs (no lift), it will be worth it! The flat has been completely renovated by me, Roman architect who after 10 years of practice in London has decided to move to Palermo and open a studio here. The flat has 2 beautiful terraces, 1 bedroom 1 large kitchen living room, a study and 1 bathroom.
