Living room with 2 sofa beds, kitchen, bathroom, terrace and large fenced garden ideal for dogs, who can move freely.

Enjoy nature and the sensational view towards Traunstein, Grünberg and into the distance in the self-sufficient tiny house. Try a more sustainable lifestyle by using resources consciously. Our chickens and 4 dwarf donkeys are located in the slope below/next to the tiny house. In the tiny house, a kitchenette, a bathroom with shower, a loft with double bed and a pull-out couch in the living room await you. In front of the house you can relax comfortably and enjoy the sun.

The accommodation is located on a quiet, secluded organic farm in the Salzburg region. It's ideal for rest and relaxation, but also for cycling or running in the heart of nature. Several beautiful, warm swimming lakes are located between 2 and 7 km away. The IBM Moor is approximately 5 km away. The loft has a bathroom, a kitchen with an induction hob, electric stove, and refrigerator. The sauna can be rented exclusively for a fee. We do not offer a transfer service.

There is a small kitchen and a spacious bed in the living room. The bathroom has a large rain shower. Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Pure nature at the Dreiseithof all made of wood with horses, chickens, and plenty of space for your children. Directly from the property you can access the numerous hiking trails of the Schellenberg. Simbach am Inn / Braunau with all shops are 8 minutes by car. The Rottaler Bäderdreieck is in the immediate vicinity, Burghausen, Passau, Salzburg and Munich can be reached in less than an hour.

The 1-room apartment is located on the 1st floor of a house as a residential unit with a bedroom/living room, mini kitchen, bathroom (shower, bathtub and toilet), as well as a terrace with magnificent mountain views. My place is in the Seelentium region (Ibmer Moor and lake). Salzburg (37 km), Burghausen (19 km) and Braunau (25 km) are nearby. My place is good for solo travelers.

Our very quiet attic apartment in the detached house with comfortable large bed, sofa corner and kitchen offers a good night's sleep in a quiet rural area. To Swimming lake with free admission is a 10 minute walk. Thermenregion Geinberg, Bad Füssing Ideal for walking walks at the Inn (5min walk) or bike rides! Tourist tax €2.40 per person per night.

The house includes a large communal area with a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 sofa bed, and a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. Outdoors, in addition to the balcony with a magnificent view over the town, there is ample parking space and a garden with a terrace for relaxing.

The cozy wooden house was converted in 2017 with a lot of love and the use of natural materials (clay plaster throughout the house, box windows). Since then, it has been constantly growing into a place of rest and relaxation. Dive into a mix of old and modern, yet enjoy a certain comfort.
