A housing unit with a separate entrance 15 minutes drive from Ben Gurion Airport. The apartment in the center of the city of Modi 'in 7 minutes by walking from the Azrieli Mall and the train. Synagogues nearby a shopping center 300 meters away and more. Very quiet place is air-conditioned and spacious. You can get a hot plate for Shabbat and more... There is a gas system for heating water(not operating on Shabbat) and also a solar water heater. For those who come with an electric vehicle there is also an electric vehicle charger.I can make a self check in please ask for it in advance at the time of booking or even after and then we will coordinate it for maximum comfort.

Take everything easy on this unique and peaceful vacation in the forest in the middle of the country. A separate unit in front of a green view. In a religious moshav halfway between Jerusalem and Tel Aviv. Unit with separate entrance (stairs), bedroom with double bed, bathroom, living room and kitchenette. A sofa that opens to a double bed. A huge balcony facing a stunning view of a green forest. It´s a beautiful walk from the unit to the forest. The gate of the moshav is closed on shabbat.

A stand-alone studio minutes from Jerusalem in an extremely quiet village with beautiful landscape views to Ein Kerem & The Jerusalem Forest with a grocery store & a renowned cafe / restaurant. The unit has independent entry & amenities: WiFi, AC, Smart TV & cable, kitchenette. The pool is private and only used by my wife and myself & the 2 Airbnb guests. Looking for a Centrally Positioned Apartment close to the Modiin Mall, bus and train stations, this is a great place close to city gardens and Anava Park. The Mall offers a supermarket, pharmacy, banks, Change, restaurants, cinemas and more. The bedroom, bathroom, and patio are spacious. A breakfast table, fridge, microwave, hotplate, toaster, and kettle offers basic eating. If cooking is an essential part of your stay, this wonderful unit will not suit you.

The only apartment you can rent on Shani St. in Modiin! Located in an area of private houses rather than in an apartment building. 1 minute walk from the Annabe valley, boardwallk and next to the park. 5 minute walk from synagogues, local stores and pool. 10 minute walk from the train station, mall and down town. Excellent location! Quiet with all the ammenties needed for a short or long stay.
