The house is located in a small quiet village, surrounded by animals (horses, donkeys) 4 km from the A23 Bordeaux-Lyon exit and 65 km from the Mont Dore ski slopes.

P'tit Epona: Cozy cottage on the Plateau de Millevache

🌿 Welcome to P'tit Epona A warm cocoon nestled in the peaceful hamlet of La Sagne, in Corrèze. Here, you can enjoy the absolute calm and beauty of nature to really unwind. The cottage combines authenticity (stone house, glazed insert, intimate terrace) and modern comfort (Wi-Fi, Smart TV, washing machine and dryer). Station lamp post

You will sleep in the former lamp storehouse of the Pérols-sur-Vézère train station. You will have a view of our garden, the sheep certainly, the chickens as well as the rails. These small regional trains stop 10 times a day and do not run at night. This small habitat has been completely renovated with salvaged materials. The stone walls are original and therefore restored with cement and lime mortar.

Our charming little independent house of 28m2 is located in a remote location 4km away from Peyrelevade in the fresh air of the Plateau De Millevaches. You can practice hiking and mountain biking, go fishing.... You are in the heart of calm, serenity, tranquility and clean air, ideal for resting. The gite is ideal for 2 people. If cycling, you have the use of a closed garage adjacent.
