My place is a wooden house built by local carpenters with local timber. We use 100% renewable energy and even the waste is off grid. Situated in our 2 acre garden in a residential neighbourhood, opposite the pine forest. You can walk to the village for boulangerie and restaurants. We are 15 min from the Atlantic beaches of Contis. Quiet, at the edge of the pine forest, you can enjoy the pool from June to October if the weather permits. The ocean is about 6 km away, a bike path takes you there, 500 m from the studio. The town center and its shops are 1.5 km away but 100 m away, across the street you will find Florian the market gardener and his good garden produce as well as regional products.

L'Estanquet.

At the "Domaine de Meysouet" in Sindères, the estanquet is a fuste, a rough wooden structure located at the exit of a small village. It was entirely made by us. Sindères is 5 minutes from all amenities. The setting is rural, on a plot of land not far from the forest. The maisonette is located on part of the hosts' land and has been designed to allow guests to enjoy it without being overlooked.
