Near the house a department store "RIMI", in which there is a pizzeria, a cheese factory shop, a pharmacy and a Hesburger. Nearby there are all kinds of public transport (tram, bus, trolley bus). The Old Town is 15 minutes, Airport 15 minutes. Near the house is free parking. The territory is fenced, there is a playground, a quiet courtyard.

Unfortunately, I can't influence some things, but inside you'll find a clean, tidy and comfortable space.
