Authentic Gîte La Grange Rennes/Fougères/Vitré

In the Rennes/Fougeres/Glass triangle (about 20 min from each city),we welcome you to our authentic 55 m2 cottage,you will access by a small garden with a 15 m2 terrace. You will enter via the equipped kitchen,then in the living area with fireplace. Upstairs you will find a bedroom with two beds and a shower room with toilet. Enjoy the calm of the countryside with the services of a village with direct access. The home is behind our primary residence.

Fenced garden of 1800 m2. Stove for winter fires. Bucolic environment, for nature lovers. The hiking trail passes at the foot of the house, and joins the Couesnon valley 1 km away. Walks, swimming, climbing and canoe rental await you.

Small house

My place is good for couples and families. It is located in the center of a Rennes, Vitré, Fougères triangle: 25 min from Rennes, 20 min from Fougères and 15 min from Vitré. We are 1 hour from Saint Malo and Mont Saint Michel. You can park in the small courtyard just in front of the rental to get settled. Do not leave the car in this place during the day, it is our entrance. Parking possible in the church square 50 m above the accommodation.

La Petite Maison

Small house with terrace and garden, nestled in the countryside of St Aubin du Cormier, a small town of character. 2 km from the city center, shops, pond, forest and historic castle. It is possible to access it on foot or by bike via small country roads. Also 25 km from Fougères, 30 km from Rennes, 45 min from Mont St Michel and 1 hour from St Malo, this charming little house will change your scenery and offer you a moment of calm and rest

Gite 4/5 people in a hamlet

Gite on three levels with courtyard and sunny garden. Large green space to share with outdoor games such as ping-pong or badminton. From the cottage you can hike mountain biking or walking. The bathroom as well as the toilet are located on the first floor. Half an hour from Mont Saint Michel, 3/4 of an hour from the Emerald Coast. Bicycles are available for your rides and also an inflatable stand-up paddle for the beach or the Boulet pond.

Apartment – house with enclosed garden, quiet.

This apartment is located in Saint-Aubin-du-Cormier, labeled Petit Citée de Caractère, with quick access to the A84 (Rennes-Caen) 40 minutes from Mont St Michel, 1 hour from St Malo Dinard Vitré, Fougères are 15 minutes away. Pleasant towns with their large castles. All shops are a 10-minute walk away. Bakery, butcher, deli, supermarket. Market on Thursday morning Pond located near the Bourg Free public parking in front of the residence.

Bright studio with garden views with independent access attached to our family home (bedroom + bathroom, microwave and kettle available > no kitchen). Quiet neighborhood in a municipality located 20 minutes from Rennes center by car. The train station is a 7'walk (17' journey to Rennes station) and the bus stop 2'walk (bus 71 to metro stop Les Gayeulles). Parking place available. We are just a few pedals from the canal. No smoking allowed

The distillery loft

Within an old red brick distillery, newly renovated loft bathed in light thanks to its canopies and high ceiling. The accommodation includes on the ground floor a living room with an equipped kitchen and its dining area open to the living room. A bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed, bathroom and separate toilet. Upstairs, a mezzanine with 2 beds 90 x 190. Possibility of an extra bed. Bed linen and towels provided. Private parking.

1-bedroom house in farmhouse

40 m2 house in the extension of a farmhouse with a bedroom, bathroom, toilet, equipped kitchen: coffee maker, microwave, stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine. Linens and towels are provided. In the living room, the sofa is convertible. Possibility of providing 1 baby crib, 1 baby high chair. Self check-in, parking available next door. No outside but adjoining park with games for children and picnic table.

Our family will be delighted to welcome you to this cozy and warm studio, in a renovated former Presbytery. A large garden awaits you, at the foot of the church of our small city of character turned towards the arts. You can discover the art center, the galleries, the tourist office and the shops of the village on foot. It is an ideal base for exploring the region: Mont Saint-Michel, Saint-Malo, Dinan, Rennes...
