The traditionally and modernly furnished apartment features a large balcony with a view of the Dolomites, a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, one bedroom, and two bathrooms. It accommodates two people. Amenities include Wi-Fi and TV.

CASA GRANELLO ancient renovated house in Mezzana

The house was created from the renovation of the old farmhouse of Casa Maturi, one of the historic houses in Mezzana. Immersed in the quiet of the upper part of the town, Casa Granello is ideal for families and groups who want a quiet and authentic accommodation, but still close to all basic services. The accommodation, furnished in a simple and familiar way, consists of two independent apartments (NORTH/SOUTH) communicating with each other, both equipped with kitchen and bathroom.

Duplex apartment, with a large living area, perfect for up to 10 people. Spacious, with a large dining area and sitting area, finished with attention to detail and unique design. Fully equipped kitchen. An apartment with a terrace overlooking the mountains. There is a bathing room with a private sauna. The sauna is located in the apartment and is only available to its guests. We have two other apartments in the same building, in total there is space for 20 people in the Casa.

Apartment in an isolated area in the beautiful Val Zebrù of the Stelvio National Park. Great for spending a vacation in contact with nature rich in flora and wildlife. Wood heating, electricity is provided by a photovoltaic system. There is no telephone connection in the area, but there is a Wi-Fi connection in the cabin, and there are two refreshments nearby where you can taste local foods. The cabin can be reached on foot or by jeep authorized for transit.

Far from the crowds, at an altitude of 600 meters, but close to the beaches (only 9 km away), Tremosine sul Garda offers breathtaking views, a rural culture and many healthy sports. The large open spaces guarantee a cool climate even in summer, as the valley is extraordinarily well with air circulation.

Stachelburg Residence - Living within historic walls

15 minutes from Bolzano and Merano is an elegant 65 sqm apartment on two floors with a separate entrance, consisting of a living room\kitchen, a bedroom (full bed) and a bathroom, to offer you a comfortable stay. The apartment is in a suitable location to reach the famous Christmas markets in a few minutes. The apartment is in a 16th century castle. On the ground floor of the castle is a small restaurant, where you can spend a nice evening.

Our family flat in Marilleva 1400 is a perfect place to enjoy the mountain both in the summer and in the winter. The Solaria Residence complex sits right on top of the mountain, just a 10 minute walk from the nearest cable facilities to ski. In the summer, the location is great for enjoying the peaceful mountain or going trekking/mountain biking to the lakes.
