Holiday rentals with beach access in Miami

Thank you Martha your place is just what the doctor ordered!! Relaxing, right on the water, Bay view is a plus, city view at night, chairs and towels w/ umbrellas plus while on the beach soaking in the sun and water GREAT!!!!! Will be back.

Place felt very safe. Shower was nice, with good pressure. Bed was comfortable and AC was spot on!

Bo’s listing was just as described. Check in instructions were very clear with photo directions. We were upgraded to a higher floor with an amazing sunset and the parking garage access was a huge plus. Bo was very friendly and responsive for our entire stay. The apartment was very comfortable and the amenities were great. Everyone in the building was also very friendly and the location was walkable to Bayside. I would definitely recommend booking with Bo.

We were there for a week. A friend family was staying in the next block, on 13th N, and we were able to make comparison of the apartments. We could see that the one from Karima was all appliances and furnitures updates. Spotless. Quite neighborhood, easy access to beach, and free transportation in the surroundings like Circuit (community services). We will rent next time in the area.

Absolutely loved our stay. Location was a block away from the beach. Really loved that there were beach chairs for us to use and being able to adjust the AC. Bed was extremely comfortable! Many breakfast spots close by. Will definitely stay there again on my next visit to Miami.

My wife and I loved our anniversary stay at Mark beachside getaway! From booking our stay to checking out, Mark was always very helpful and communicative. The condo is right in the middle of all of the SoBe action but far enough away that we never had to worry about noise from neighboring bars/restaurants. It is located in the historic Carlyle building which is right across the street from the beach. We loved the easy access to and from the beach. It’s a short walk or bike ride away from some of the premier restaurants in South Beach as well as plenty of grocery and liquor stores. The front desk clerks were all very polite and courteous. One of them even helped show us how to work the digital stove top. I would absolutely stay here again when coming back to South Beach. Cheers!

Marc’s home was a wonderful place for us to spend our two weeks in Miami. The house is well equipped and the grill works well. The pool and backyard was well taken care of and exactly what we were looking for. A short drive to many of the main neighborhoods (Wynwood, brickell & Miami Beach) we wanted to visit and walkable to little Havana. House was secure and we felt safe throughout. Overall great stay!

This was a beautiful home! My friends and I enjoyed staying here a lot and loved how spacious the home was. Everything was clean and ready for us and we have no complaints.

The house is beautifully appointed with tasteful accoutrements in cool and calming colors throughout the house. The beach is very close and has a gentle sloping for a long distance with clear waters, which was a welcome surprise. There’s a great trail along the beach, which made for a pleasant bike ride. There was some construction in front street when we were there, but the hurricane windows and doors made the house very quiet, so we didn’t hear the noise inside. Rocky was very responsive and helpful! Beautiful and relaxing place!

The apartment was really impeccable, as seen in the photos and complying with everything indicated in the description. From the closet with beach and pool items to the fully equipped kitchen, the apartment has everything you need to be very comfortable. The building also has all the amenities such as a small supermarket, pool, etc.

Ben was extremely accommodating and insured we had everything we needed. Everything was smooth. The balcony does face the departure parking lot so make sure to close the blinds or you will see the car lights during the night. But overall great place at a hotel with a vibe.

Beautiful, safe, clean with a super convenient location. The building has upgraded security since becoming Lyfe. The elevators were all working and very clean! This is the 3rd time we've stayed at this building. It's truly perfect on many levels! We will definitely be back!! We have no complaints at sll to report.

We absolutely loved this airbnb. The location was perfect. We were able to wake up and walk to breakfast and then spend the day at the beach. We used the beach chairs and umbrella every day, which saved us spending money renting chairs. The neighborhood is so peaceful and quiet, with easy access to great restaurants and shops. I highly recommend Joe’s Stone Crab, Pura Vida for breakfast, and Abbale. Abbale had amazing drinks and sharable plates. We also went to Mila which was a short drive away and the atmosphere and dishes were incredible. The host gave us a ton of recommendations and was accommodating and responsive. I would definitely come back again!
