Beachfront holiday rentals in Miami River

We spent 3 days here for a girls trip. Great location, the place offered an amazing view of the beach, ocean, swimming pools and the canal. We took so many photos on the balcony. We could enjoy all the restaurants and amenities of the FountainBleau hotel, the food and drinks were amazing, a little on the pricey side, but in line with what you would expect from a 5-star hotel. The entire resort is very lively and vibrant, there’s always music at the adult pool. There was a slight problem with cleaning the fridge right when we arrived, but housekeeping was very responsive. They immediately came and cleaned it. Overall, a great experience, I would totally recommend this place for your vacation.

I took my teenage girls here for our summer vacation. The location was perfect. The condo and pool was exactly as pictured. The beach is walking distance. My girls lived there lights (in their words “it was an entire vibe”). Joe and Cindy were super responsive to the questions I had. I highly recommend!!

Overall, it was really a great experience. I'll break it down in 3 parts, hoping to give an accurate description: The apartment and building: it was exactly as advertised, a beautiful Art Deco building, built in the 40's. Restaurant in the front plus an ice cream parlor. Needs an easier-to-find ramp (lots of stairs at the entrance, ramp is at the back), but otherwise good. Apartment is exactly as advertised. Only hiccup was a broken toilet seat that Debbie got fixed within a day. The location: Miami Beach is not for everyone. If you're looking for an upscale location, try Brickel. Now, if you're like me and want to just want to the beach, roam around restaurants and great bars, that's it. Miami Beach is THE place for night activity, and all that it comes wiht that. The hostess (Debbie): Debbie was responsive. She would take her time to respond but she did always respond and fixed the toilet seat issue as fast as possible. The app says her response time avgs 11 hs, and not wrongly.

The property was even better than advertised, it's a small condo of 8 units so very private, a luxury in the Brickell area. The parking space is ample and very private as well, the property was spotless clean and all amenities listed were there. This property is ideal for a family vacation or for a group of friends. The host was super responsive.The location could not be better, walking distance to Brickell, lot's of things to do. Can't wait to come back.

Fiona never disappoints. She really goes out of her way to make sure I’m comfortable and can relax during my trip. Her place is always a great stay. If it’s available, I definitely recommend booking it.

Rafael was thoughtful and communicative. We were pleased with his responsiveness and understanding of our needs. We had several questions for Rafael and he was very informative. The place was exactly as described. It was impeccably clean, inviting, and private. The bathroom was clean and shower was comfortable for tall people. There is ample storage space . There is an enclosed patio with stones and chairs. Should the need arise, we would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful room overlooking the ocean and pools of Fountain Bleau. We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely stay again! 12-15 min from South Beach by uber and plenty of restaurants nearby!

Can’t say enough, good things about this house. Beautiful location, squeaky, clean throughout, plenty to do. Wasn’t sure about staying on a lake in Florida because of possibility of alligators. This lake is one of the cleanest lakes I’ve ever seen. We swam, we used their kayaks, and spent a whole day just floating out there. It is also a very quiet lake at least as long as we were there. Ran out of toilet paper and paper towels, and asked if we should go get some and within an hour, they brought them to us. Service was outstanding. If I ever go back to Miami, I am definitely coming back here.

Luxury Suite in the famous Fontainebleau Resort. Definitely worth a visit. Very transparent communication with Reuwen on the cost, he is also very helpful. The apartment has a great seaside view, a small kitchen and can host 2-4 people. Check-in is easy, as it is operated by the hotel. The resort has a broad and impressive offering. Great location!

Our host was sensational, very responsive. The condo was absolutely beautiful, exactly as described great ocean view. We’re coming back for Thanksgiving. That’s how much we loved it. Thank you again for being such a wonderful host five stars.

Highly recommend Stephanie & George's airbnb! The location is phenomenal it's right on Ocean drive, across the street from the beach and in the middle of all the best restaurants, nightlife, shopping & things to do. We chose their space over a hotel for our 1 week stay as it was a bit more affordable, even more central, and had the added bonus of a kitchen so we could eat healthier for our time there. As hosts they are incredible! We had an issue with the stove while we were there and they were immediately responsive, and proactively chose to drop us off a one pot burner so that our personal cooking needs were still met without missing a beat. The apartment is just like the photos, AC cooled, comfortable and amazingly quiet indoors even though it's in the heart of the South Beach strip. Highly recommend for location, quality, comfort, walkability, savings and just a fantastic vacation/trip overall. Would stay again:)

The place is in a great location, ever thought the park is at the street, its a short walk to the room, but hey, its free! I’d definitely come back!

Absolutely amazing property ! The unit is stunning . Very clear communication from the host . Feels private and luxurious! No hustle or bustle like in most south beach properties . Perfect for families with kids . Resident concierge is a great plus here . They bring your stuff in and help you with any requests

Host was super responsive and accommodating

We have just got back from a short stay here and it was absolutely wonderful. The apartment had everything we needed and was in a fantastic area, very close to the beach and some good restaurants. It was also a short walk to Ocean Drive, the free trolley bus was just around the corner, along with a Citibike stand literally metres away. The apartment looks lovely inside, very stylish, and there is a locked closet to store your valuables whilst out. We used the pool during our stay, which was a real bonus. The block itself and local area were both quiet and we felt very safe. This was a fabulous place to stay in Miami Beach and we would highly recommend it to anyone. We will be back and have already suggested it to some friends.

We would definitely stay here again. The beach is right across the street and everything is walking distance. It’s in the perfect spot, and at night you are not able to hear all the noise outside either which was very nice. In conclusion, it was a wonderful experience!

Considering the hotel’s best days are well in the past, the room was nice. Better than booking a room through the hotel with all the same amentities, especially price wise. Will be staying here again when I come back.

I really enjoyed my stay at Dominque’s place! I was looking for a quick getaway and this was exactly what I needed! I loved the location, being away from the hustle and bustle of the South Beach area. It’s located right across the street from the beach, which made it easy to get in/out when the weather was less than sunny some days. All of the essentials in the house were great, especially the beach chairs and umbrella. Would love to go back for my next getaway!

We stayed here for six days and had an amazing time - location is amazing, Ubers into the city are cheap as well, Jose and Andrea provided amazing amenities like a cooling bag, umbrellas, great chairs. As two women traveling together, we felt the area was super safe and our only flag is we’d love to have a bolt lock to use during the nighttime as extra security. Other than that, super clean and lovely stay!

The suite and the resort were beautiful. The view was gorgeous. So much to do. The food was fantastic. Jordan and the team of hosts were extremely personable, always available, and proactively kept in touch with me leading up to and throughout the stay. Overall, an amazing and unforgettable experience!

Cute and cozy spot just steps from the beach and Ocean Drive, yet surprisingly quiet—perfect for a restful night. Would definitely come back!
