Cozy Modern Retreat, close to beach and shopping

We visit this area each year and Mia’s is a great location to access the activities we like. It’s also a 5 minute walk to a pleasant park on a canal with lots of birds, especially in the morning. We were able to see a couple evening launches from Cape Canaveral from the back patio! Mia responded to, and addressed a couple of minor concerns quickly.

Gorgeous Getaway w/Dock, Pool, and Fenced Yard

We enjoyed our stay. The house, yard, and pool were beautiful. We had a little trouble getting our daughter, who has mobility issues, on the bed, (the beds were high), and the wifi did not work when we were there. Overall our stay was very enjoyable and the host was very responsive. We loved the experience.

This is the 3rd time Jason and I have booked Chris's place at the seahorse. Very boater freindly if you have a ski or a small to mid size boat. There is a hose to clean your vessel off and if you fish, a station to clean your catch. The place is quiet and neighbors are nice. Great location and close to boat ramps and bars and restaurants for post water fun. We love coming here.Definitely going to continue being a guest at Chris's place.
