Nous sommes ravis de partager notre appartement cozy avec jardin privé pendant nos vacances et espérons que vous y passerez de bons moments. Situé dans un quartier calme et sécurisé, à deux pas du métro Daumesnil (lignes 8 et 6), il offre un salon chaleureux avec mobilier design, une cuisine équipée (four, lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes, robot pâtissier, coin café), une chambre lumineuse avec vue jardin, une salle d’eau fonctionnelle et un jardin de 35m² idéal pour un brunch ou un dîner romantique.

Bel appartement typiquement parisien des années 1930 de 40 m2. Situé au 6ème étage avec ascenseur d'un immeuble Haussmanien (parquet ancien, moulures au plafond), il est très lumineux, chaleureux et calme; aucun vis-à-vis. Il comprend un salon/salle à manger avec 2 canapés, dont un canapé lit 2 places ainsi qu'une chambre avec un lit double et un vidéo-projecteur. Toilettes séparées de la salle de bain. Cuisine équipée d'un réfrigérateur, d'un micro-onde et de 2 plaques de cuisson à induction.
