Excellent stay at The Grand. The unit we had was clean, quiet, great parking and best night time view of downtown Miami. Jon and Dalia were good communicators. I initially had a parking issue but immediately fixed by Dalia. Will definitely go back again and use this condo. Never had the chance to use the big pool and gym due to time constraints. Loved the restaurants on the main lobby plus The Grand is near to a lot of downtown museums and theaters. Thanks Jon!

Juan's place was good! The apartment is in a really safe and convenient area. The beds are a little stiff but there are great restaurants less than 3 blocks away, that make up for it. Would definitely recommend this place!

Great stay and everything that was listed was what we experienced. Great hotel staff, the pools were great and it the room was super comfortable, did not feel like a hotel once you were there. Would stay again for sure

We had a wonderful stay. Checking in was a bit of a problem due to front desk staff, but Andrea quickly addressed the matter. The place was clean and had fresh linens. The view was beautiful. We even loved the mattress and pillows. lol. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Love love loveeeeed this unit , not only was the view beautiful but felt so homey! Loved the decorations the kitchen was fully stocked and there was also a welcome platter which was super thoughtful . They also have great communication not only on the app but via phone as well if you have extra questions ! This is my second time staying with this company do not hesitate to book . Thanks again

Nos alojamos 9 noches. El departamento es muy lindo. cómodo y grande. Tiene una linda vista, ver los atardeceres desde el balcón fué todo un placer. Anastasia nos dejó ingresar al mediodía, antes del check in, un lindo gesto. Te ofrece todo para la playa inclusive un carrito para llevar las reposeras y la sombrilla. El dormitorio cuenta con dos camas Queen Size muy cómodas y TV, en el dan, donde durmió mi hijo, hay otra cama muy cómoda y TV. El edificio cuenta con piscina, gimnasio, un lugar de juegos y cancha de tenis. Tiene una cafetería muy linda y un mimercado muy útil cuando te falta algo. La ubicación es perfecta, a pasos de la playa y de fácil acceso en auto. Volveríamos.

Sandra is an absolutely amazing host. extremely receptive, responsive, and flexible. she answered texts usually within just a few minutes and satisfied.every possible request. The property was AMAZING. Super clean, modern finishes, close to everything downtown, and beautifully appointed. There are multiple restaurants with varying cultural themes within walking distance as is the metro rail. In mere minutes, you can be on a high speed rail car headed for Ft. Lauderdale or Orlando. We will definitely be staying with Sandra again!!!!

This Alexander Resort condo was a pleasant surprise to stay in! Very clean (which is priority for me), comfortable beds, powerful showers…it really felt like home. The newly updated pool areas were great! Very lively and if you want something a bit more quiet, open the gate and the beach is at your feet! Location is super convenient for Miami…basically 10-15 minute uber ride to most popular places. Joe was a real pleasure as a host. Answered any questions in a very timely manner. Thank you Joe for being a great host, we will definitely be back!

Well, I want to say that the host Amanda when I say I love her I love her. She communicated with me before I even got to Florida. My husband and I were on a anniversary vacation. She allowed us to check in early she I just really don’t know what to say because she really exceeded my expectations. I was really thankful for her for being down there in Florida. Of course we were out of state and Will for accommodations. The spot was nice. It was right there short walk to the beach walk out to the beach nice pool The place was nice and clean even when I messaged her in the middle of the night because I in the bathroom getting a 5 AM flight she still responded to my questions about what I needed to do going forward. I will definitely be booking with her again on and that’s but I’ll.

Quelques jours avant le départ nous avons ajouté une nuit et vous avez vite passé le paiement arrive la bas personne n’avait reçu de modification sur l’arrivée un jour plus tôt comme vous savez il a plein de monde à 4 hrs pour le Check in donc ça va vite personne ne voulait nous aider. La dame voulait un courriel de vous et de votre côté personne ne pouvait envoyer un e-mail ??? Au prix pour la nuit d’extra un peu de gentillesse aurait été de mise après 1 hr à argumenter parce que cela était payer elle a remis la chambre . Je trouve cela ordinaire venants de votre entreprise .
