Beachfront holiday rentals in Mid-Beach, Miami Beach

Check in was straight forward. Cory met us upon arriving. He was friendly & helpful - even assisting with suitcases. Throughout our 3 week stay, Cory went above and beyond & was always responsive. The apartment is within a distinctive 1930’s art deco property & feels secure & we found building staff and residents friendly The room was spacious & bright, with a good sized sleeping area, kitchen, bathroom & balcony area we utilised. With nice views The mid beach location was great. A few minutes walk from Miami’s beautiful beaches, a great promenade for walking or riding bikes > in close proximity to beach bars, grocery shops, restaurants & a Citi Bike rental station. Lincoln shopping street - is around 15 min walk > with its wide variety of retail shops, cafes, restaurants, & Ocean Drive a similar distance Good additional facilities include: A gym, & good sized swimming pool & seating Overall a good experience & will definitely stay again on future trips to Miami

We love to stay at this property. We stayed two years in a row and are never disappointed. The views are amazing and the amenities are plenty. The only downside is that we wish there was a blender to make mixed drinks, other than that we recommend this property without any reservations. Don’t hesitate to book. We look forward to staying here next year!

Fiona never disappoints. She really goes out of her way to make sure I’m comfortable and can relax during my trip. Her place is always a great stay. If it’s available, I definitely recommend booking it.

Quick trip for us & such a fun weekend! The room was delightful, upon arrival we were met in the lobby w/cocktails & escorted to our room! (Fancy!) Dinner on site was delicious, short walk away from Oliver’s (incredible everything), pool & service was on point, even made it to the ocean (longer walk but so nice). Coffee in the room, fridge, lots of towels; quick response from the host when I had questions. Just overall a 15/10!! Had an amazing weekend!!

A perfect place! Better than the photos, great spacious place to relax and make yourself at home. I would definitely stay again. It was a pleasure from start to finish. The host was wonderful.

This AirBNB provided full access to the Fountainbleu resort. It had a great view of the ocean and the pool. The owner was responsive and helpful. It was a good value for what you got.

Everything was great! We are so happy we chose this stay for our holidays. Would definitely return and recommend. Gunjan allowed us early check in and check out which was a plus. Thanks for everything!!

We had a great three night stay!! From the start, the service was smooth and welcoming—they stored our luggage upon arrival so we could enjoy the pool/beach right away. The hotel amenities were fantastic, and the food and drinks exceeded our expectations in both quality and variety. Our room was spacious, very clean, and had a beautiful view from the balcony. Waking up to the ocean each morning was a highlight. The location was perfect—close to everything but still peaceful—and for what was offered, the price felt very reasonable. Highly recommend!

DONT BOOK ANYWHERE ELSE!!!This experience was by far the easiest, most professional booking I’ve encountered yet. Even though I was totally clueless in terms of booking invites, silly of me to think I was the only one with an invite to book. Nevertheless , when The property got booked for 2 of my dates, I was distraught. Shane and Maru handled my reservation with care and was able to move my husband and I to another property. The building is old and sound does travel BUT the room was PRISTINE!!! You just need to come. There were bath towels, beach chairs, umbrella even snorkel gear so do like I always do and bring Lysol. There was even a welcome gift and typed out recommendations for local activities. We even had some last minute requests that were honored. Definitely TOP TIER!!!! Would definitely book again but on the 17TH FLOOR( insider) 😂. Thank you guys for a memorable trip. We will definitely rebook if we return!! 5 stars HANDS DOWN!!

We really enjoyed our stay here, it was booked very last minute do to another booking letting us down. In reality I wished we’d booked this from the start.

Great place, super clean walking in and the check in process was easy. The beach view was beautiful and quiet most of the trip.

Incredible view of the resort and beach. The balcony felt very private. We enjoyed having access to all the resort’s amenities, and all of the restaurants were fantastic. We had no issues with the elevators during our four night stay! Free parking is also a great bonus if you’re bringing a car!

The place was exactly as shown. Fully equipped with everything you might need. Highly recommended

MAK Realty was extremely quick to respond and very accommodating. We’ve stayed at FB several times and will only work with MAK Realty going forward. They were tremendous!

This place was immaculate, the view was immaculate. It was nice and clean and comfortable. Great location. I will definitely book this again. I had such a great experience. Although she asked to only leave the linens and towels and take out the trash , I swept the entires place and treated as my home , it was beautiful I love the place so much….

Jeans place is just as described! Perfect view, easy to use Valet parking (just make sure to ask for your car about 10/15 minutes before needing it), and a nice restaurant in the building. We found the room clean, with everything we needed, and perfect for a beach stay. Thanks Jean!

I really enjoyed my stay at Dominque’s place! I was looking for a quick getaway and this was exactly what I needed! I loved the location, being away from the hustle and bustle of the South Beach area. It’s located right across the street from the beach, which made it easy to get in/out when the weather was less than sunny some days. All of the essentials in the house were great, especially the beach chairs and umbrella. Would love to go back for my next getaway!

Yami a GENIUS , always attentive , answering all my inquiries , the ideal location Sillas de playa excellent , umbrella for like 5 people , beach towels!!!!!! Everything impeccable and a new remodel was noticeable !!!! It had everything kitchen , beach , towels and towels to replenish , so also sheets . This was a great place to stay.  Jose was very responsive, and the place was immaculately clean and shiny bright.  You could see pride of ownership in how well maintained the apartment was. I could tell Jose had thought through the needs from our viewpoint by all the little details and things he provided to give us a good customer experience.  The location was great.   In the past, we stayed in a different apartment in this same building and this one was head and shoulders above the previous one.  Great job, Jose!
