Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Mid-Beach, Miami Beach

The Airbnb was exactly as pictured—peaceful, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. Angel sent clear and detailed instructions before my arrival, making check-in super easy. I felt completely safe and at ease throughout my stay. When an unexpected issue came up, Angel was very helpful. He’s kind, attentive, and genuinely cares about his guests. I would definitely stay here again!

This was a perfect home for us for a short stay in Miami, wanting to stay near to Design District, Wynwood, Downtown and Buena Vista area, so location was perfect. House itself is very peaceful and serene, and felt private and homey. For us with our dogs, having the fenced in yard was also a must, so we appreciated this very much. We visit Miami often, and we would definitely stay here again.

Leda was so sweet and even accommodated an early check in for us ! The house was spotless and comfy and we felt super safe with a gate! Can’t wait to stay again !

Daniel & Orlando's place was very cozy and clean. All the instructions were clear, and easy access to get in and out. Communication with D&O was great! The backyard was beautiful and very tropical. We had many iguana friends who visited us every day (as well as ducks). D&O's house has character and is super cute. They have everything you need in case you forget to pack something, don't worry I can guarantee they have it there! This house is fully furnished and stocked with essentials. My sons enjoyed fishing the canal in the backyard. I would recommend this place, especially for a family. This place is family-friendly.

Pari’s home is even better than described! The backyard, pool and spa felt like our own private slice of paradise. Our hosts were immediately responsive to any questions we had, and even helped me troubleshoot my laptop’s configuration to join their network within a minute of me sending them a question. The house is wonderfully convenient to South Beach and all things east of its location. We stayed there for my daughter’s college graduation from University of Miami, and I have to admit we did not accurately understand how much traffic there can be at all times of the day getting from us to UoM! That just meant we had to adjust our schedules a bit, but everyone agreed there was place better to stay in Miami, and nowhere else we want to stay when we go back!

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay here. The house was very clean and comfortable. Melissa made check in/out process very easy. She was also very responsive and provided us with great beach gear. My friends and I would most definitely love to stay here again if we ever happen to be in the Miami area.

Great place clean and close to everywhere! Lisa is always responsive and if something happen or you need something, she is is just a text away! They just need to renew patio part and furniture! But it is all okay and never down our mood during our vacation!

Small but in a great location. A few steps from the metro mover and a block away from bay front park. Very well equipped but the oven is not the easiest to use. The rental uses an app for access that can be a little unreliable. I'd need to remove my magsafe phone case for the app to work properly.

We LOVED it here!! Everything was clean and the best location to all of the restaurants and the beach! We will definitely be back!

We love to stay at this property. We stayed two years in a row and are never disappointed. The views are amazing and the amenities are plenty. The only downside is that we wish there was a blender to make mixed drinks, other than that we recommend this property without any reservations. Don’t hesitate to book. We look forward to staying here next year!

This penthouse was EXACTLY how it was described! It was in the perfect location, it was super clean, and the views and hot tub were outstanding. I felt like a superstar here! Plus, the host was super responsive and even accommodated me with check-in and check-out times. This will be where I stay any time I come to South Beach!

Stayed here for a few days for work, and it was perfect! Felt like coming home after long days. It’s nice that it is located within a hotel so it feels safe and you know there is always someone down in the lobby if needed. Great location and very close to the beach. The space has everything you would need for a stay. Very comfortable and clean, and Steve is very communicative and responsive. Would definitely return!

Sara was extremely efficient with her communications, quick to respond and extremely helpful and accommodating. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and the complex very good , amazing views from pool area and gym . If I had to make any points for future guests it’s just be aware there’s a resort fee of $52 /day which travelling from UK was a new thing to us , and being on the quieter side with Downtown views meant we needed to use Ubers to get to and from South Beach or walk 25 mins . It served our purpose nicely and having the kitchen area with fridge and hob worked perfectly . We enjoyed our stay

Ale’s place was an oasis in south beach, walkable to all the wonderful restaurants, beach, and bars. The rooftop set Ale’s place apart for all the rest, such a lovely space to relax!

Felt at home! Amazing stay

It was great place to stay for 2-3 people with a private patio to have barbecue. The place was calm and serene and was accessible to various places like beaches, downtown, airport, grocery stores etc. The host was very kind, helpful and responsive. Will definitely recommend the property to anyone planning a trip to Miami 😊😊

Check in was straight forward. Cory met us upon arriving. He was friendly & helpful - even assisting with suitcases. Throughout our 3 week stay, Cory went above and beyond & was always responsive. The apartment is within a distinctive 1930’s art deco property & feels secure & we found building staff and residents friendly The room was spacious & bright, with a good sized sleeping area, kitchen, bathroom & balcony area we utilised. With nice views The mid beach location was great. A few minutes walk from Miami’s beautiful beaches, a great promenade for walking or riding bikes > in close proximity to beach bars, grocery shops, restaurants & a Citi Bike rental station. Lincoln shopping street - is around 15 min walk > with its wide variety of retail shops, cafes, restaurants, & Ocean Drive a similar distance Good additional facilities include: A gym, & good sized swimming pool & seating Overall a good experience & will definitely stay again on future trips to Miami

DONT BOOK ANYWHERE ELSE!!!This experience was by far the easiest, most professional booking I’ve encountered yet. Even though I was totally clueless in terms of booking invites, silly of me to think I was the only one with an invite to book. Nevertheless , when The property got booked for 2 of my dates, I was distraught. Shane and Maru handled my reservation with care and was able to move my husband and I to another property. The building is old and sound does travel BUT the room was PRISTINE!!! You just need to come. There were bath towels, beach chairs, umbrella even snorkel gear so do like I always do and bring Lysol. There was even a welcome gift and typed out recommendations for local activities. We even had some last minute requests that were honored. Definitely TOP TIER!!!! Would definitely book again but on the 17TH FLOOR( insider) 😂. Thank you guys for a memorable trip. We will definitely rebook if we return!! 5 stars HANDS DOWN!!

This is exactly as described ,in pristine condition. The location was terrific ,there is a super great bakery,the Majestic within walking distance. There were many great places to eat ,Graziano s is terrific for empananos and Italian food. as well as Books and Books for sandwiches.....Miracle mile offers many places to shop,eat and explore. The Casita was very private and quiet. We would stay again .

Great place. Great area. Only down side is parking. Please don’t park in residential parking after 6pm. We had 2 different cars towed because we didn’t know that residential started after 6pm. It’s 2 hour parking from 7am-6pm. It wasn’t until I talked to a parking enforcer that I learned that this area is a money spot for them because out of towners think it’s residential before 6pm and free after that.

The condo is great and well localed. It was super easy to Check in and Conrad was super responsive. He helped us on several matters. Big plus is the views from the balcony. Thanks again!
