The Inn is located in downtown Bar Harbor on historic Main Street across from the Village Green. Walk to everything the village has to offer. Leave your car safely tucked away in our private parking space while you explore town, or take a quick stroll across the street to catch the Island Explorer into Acadia National Park.

We are the Black Friar Inn and Pub. This is room 2 on our 2nd floor. It has a private bath and the ceiling of the bathroom was once a trolley car’s ceiling. The stained glass windows give the room a rosy Medieval glow. With two comfortable chairs and a fireplace, this room has it all. We are a B&B so breakfast is included with your stay. Please see our website for the menu. Our in town location gives our guests a three minute walk to the harbor and downtown Bar Harbor.

An old converted barn full of rustic charm, our lodge is 10 miles from Sugarloaf Mountain and surrounded by trails and outdoor activities. Flagstaff landing consists of 6 individual guest rooms each with their own private bathroom and many onsite amenities. **Please note there is a restaurant located on the 1st floor and sound does carry. This is a Mixed Sex dorm and consists of 4 twin bunk beds and sleeps up to 8. This room has access to 3 private-style hall baths.
