Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Mid Devon District

William was a wonderful host and his place was lovely, great area for an Airbnb. We would recommend to our family and friends and would come back if we are ever back in this area again.

We had a lovely stay in Sarah’s cottage. We were attending a wedding in the local area and it was the perfect place to stay for 2 couples. Beautiful interiors and surroundings. The village of Bampton is also lovely.

Absolutely fantastic place to stay. Beautiful little get away. Host was very friendly and accommodating . Extra touches were amazing. Bacon, eggs and a quaint little panty supplied with everything, myself and partner were blown away I would highly recommend

We had a nice stay at this house and even booked it again for another 6 weeks. Sui was a very helpful host who respected our privacy, but frequently messaged to ask if we needed anything. Would definitely recommend this place.

We had wonderful days in "the den". Shanti and her family are heart-warming people with a beautiful garden and great friendliness! We would love to come back one day and can recommend to stay and enjoy the place! Thank you!

The 3 of us had a fantastic stay from start to finish. Felt truly relaxed. The hosts were very friendly and helpful and the Coach house was full of everything we needed, and catered very well for our 15 month old who had lots of toys to play with. The dog is great fun and friendly and its a lovely location to watch the many rabbits eating grass right outside the window. Will be back !

We chose this venue as it was recommended by Upton Barnes’s wedding venue where my son and his fiance were getting married. We were able to accommodate all of my side of the family for the wedding and the newly married couple joined us on Sunday to entertain members of the wedding party With a cooked breakfast followed by a barbecue lunch. There was plenty of space seating and parking for the approximately 25 people who visited us over the day.. Tracey was very helpful host and the house was equipped extremely well a three-year-old grandson had an enormous range of toys to entertain him. I cannot recommend this property more highly

A great place to stay. Very comfortable. Lots of crockery, cutlery and pots & pans. great friendly communication prior to our stay. Was the perfect location for us to see family over Christmas and the house was decorated beautifully.

Lovely pied-à-terre! Super stylish and super clean. Perfect for two but for just a couple of nights worked well for 3 of us. Excellent parking. Very near to the city centre and the Quay, and a stone’s throw from the Morrisons and coffee shops on Fore Street. Would book again 🤩

Tina's place is really comfortable and peaceful. It's easy to find, and has good access to Exeter and Cranbrook so there are no issues with getting food and things like that. The place itself was very clean and quiet. We would definitely stay again!

Delightful stay. :) Hosts were helpful, friendly, and very welcoming, and the property is gorgeous! Set in beautiful surroundings, and felt right at home in the perfectly appointed accommodation - would absolutely recommend!

My wife and I regularly travel to Exeter to visit family and if Adrian and Lizzies places are available we always take them. The place is always clean and tidy, Adrian and Lizzie are great with communication, the check in/out is straight forward, and the location is great for visiting Exeter. It is like a home from home...

As advertised and simple charm. Centrally located minutes walk to main high street, gardens, attractions. The small bathroom and shower were notable but shower worked well. Top tip would be to visit St. Sidwell’s Point Leisure Center Spa. There is a full sauna, steam, hot tub, outdoor rooftop lounge that can be booked at 3 hour increments for reasonable rate. The Gaia Spa massage with Katsha (sp?) was worth every penny and saved me after long haul flight (woke up at 4:30 am unable to walk comfortably, by 10 am I was back in action and walked over 14 miles). Had an amazing stay!! Susan was extremely prompt with the responses and allowed us to have a great time. I was looking for a peaceful weekend away from London and this is exactly what I got. Highly recommend!

Lacey was responsive and helpful. Very clear instructions to access the property. Air BnB was cozy, utilised space well and still room to move around. Very welcoming, was super comfortable and would definitely stay again!

Probably one of the best Airbnb’s we’ve stayed in. Set in a beautiful location and exactly as photos portray it. Great attention has been paid to making it as comfortable as possible. Hosts were very welcoming and welcome pack was much appreciated. We would thoroughly recommend and hope to return.

This is a smart beautifully decorated flat with very tasteful furniture and fittings. Ideally placed for exploring Ashburton on foot and local beaches and Dartmoor very close. With our daughter living in Buckfastleigh we will be back to stay.

I absolutely loved it here, loads of space and everything you could ever need, really comfortable and a short walk to the local shops, cafes and takeaways - I'd definitely recommend staying here, the photos don't do justice to the amount of space, so a couple or family would definitely be happy to stay here too.

Great little hideaway in stumbling distance of a bustling high street with great pubs and restaurants. The accommodation is very comfortable and very well equipped.

Great little place near central Exeter. Easy to walk to anywhere you’d want to go and the space was very clean.

Although bijou, David & Vanessa's Annexe was perfect for our weekend stay. It is very clean, very comfortable and had everything that we needed for our stay. Even milk & bottled water was supplied in the fridge. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely stay at Julia’s in Topsham, we had great communication from Julia and she was very accommodating with a late check out. Looked exactly as the photos, quiet and cosy and clean. Would recommend! Also very close to all the shops and pubs.

Amy’s flat is perfect place for who is looking for a spacious, clean, well decorated and central accommodation in Taunton. It has been well renovated and maintained and off everything one may want for a comfortable stay. I will definitely be back if I need another stay in Taunton!
