This is one of the best places we’ve ever stayed. Beautiful views from each of the terraces. We saw some stunning sunsets. Great fun watching all the activity on the beach. Bart and Mieke were excellent hosts, providing really useful information on everything from where to eat to where to park. Very responsive to every question we had and even helped with late checkout. The apartment is small but is really well designed and beautifully decorated and has everything you need. We wholeheartedly recommend this fabulous Airbnb.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. Everything was very well maintained, nothing was missing (clean towels and bed linen, complete kitchen equipment). The sea view from the balcony was particularly beautiful and when it rained from the living room through the huge balcony window. The apartment is cozy, we felt immediately at home. Frederik is very nice, courteous, helpful. In case of problems, you could call him immediately, but everything went very well with us. We would come back anytime and recommend the apartment. We had a wonderful stay at Koksijde. The apartment is definitely worth 5 stars and is one of the best places we've had so far. The decor is high quality and immaculate, the kitchen is well equipped, the property modern and from our point of view very well located. Tim is a very good host and we felt comfortable from the beginning. Thank you and we will be happy to come back.

Great communication for questions, quick help by message and by phone and very nice apartment! If I could, I would have stayed a few more days. The city center is a 15-minute walk, supermarkets as well and the golf course can be reached for a maximum of 5 minutes and there are enough free parking spaces available, which can be used for €1.10 24 hours! We had the most wonderful week at Frederiek’s place. We were there with our toddler and he loved the big garden and trampoline! The hosts also supplied a highchair and brilliant travel cot which was great and few car toys which got well used. We loved meeting Elmo the dog and wouldn’t hesitate to book again. We had a very pleasant stay in this vacation home! The house itself is very comfortably furnished and peak clean. Everything was available to make our stay as comfortable as possible, especially thanks to the very equipped kitchen and the good beds on which we slept wonderfully. The house is very quietly located, perfect for completely relaxing. Nevertheless, the location is also ideal: you can easily go different sides towards all kinds of seaside towns and other beautiful places nearby. The host and hostess were incredibly friendly and always willing to help. Communication went very smoothly; Giel always responded via Airbnb, which we really appreciated. A special added value for our stay was the newborn lambs on the neighboring domain. Our children were completely fascinated by the animals and found it fantastic that they were even allowed to pet a lamb! Highly recommended for those looking for a clean, quiet and welcoming stay!

We were in Charlotte for a weekend from Friday to Sunday to explore Bruges. The city center was within a 10-15 minute walk. We felt safe in the area and it was quiet. In addition, the beach was easily accessible in about 20-30 minutes by car. The accommodation was very clean, the beds very comfortable and the living room invited you to relax and linger. Everything we needed in everyday life, for example for cooking, was taken care of. I can absolutely recommend this accommodation in terms of proximity to the city and yet quiet location. Charlotte communicated proactively with me and her answers always came very quickly. I was very satisfied here, too.

The apartment is just as pictured! There is a basic equipment in the kitchen and there is also basic equipment in the bathrooms (hair dryer, straightener, soap, tampons, etc.). The garage is about a 10 minute walk from the apartment, however we were able to park the car right in front of the house to load and unload. The garage is narrow, but still easy to use and very useful as there are only a few public parking spaces available. The view of the sea is outstanding! Communication with Sara is friendly and quick

Quality has clearly been chosen. We were with a family of 3 and 2 grandparents. The 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets ensured everyone's comfort. The apartment is conveniently located. Close to shops, restaurants, ice cream 😀 and the beach. Communication with the owners is super smooth.
