This is a neat cottage for a couple or a little family (2 adults & 2 children) situated in the heart of the beautiful valley of Argelès-Gazost. It is a little house of about 40 square meters, with a separated parking and its own garden. At 450m high, it is close to shops (less then 5 minutes from 2 supermarkets) but in a quiet place, on the forest edge, without vis-a-vis. At the start of many walks, a nice trail brings you to Argelès-Gazost in about 20 minutes. Tranquility without isolation.

Small cottage with Jacuzzi, at the end of a private road, it can accommodate 2–4 people. Located between Sarlat and Souillac, 10 minutes from the A20 motorway. Its location allows you to discover the Périgord and all its places steeped in history, Lascaux, the castles of the Dordogne Valley, those of the Vézère but also the Quercy with Rocamadour, the Padirac Cave. Possibility of canoeing on the Dordogne, cycling on the Voie Verte and hiking on the GR6. Shops nearby.

Best view – Le Petit Chalet – Ax-les-Thermes

I fell in love with this little piece of heaven. Magical in winter with the snow covering the cottage, but also in summer. I wanted to offer my guests a more modern atmosphere while preserving the vintage and "natural" aspect of the mountain. You'll feel right at home very quickly. The snow in winter can be intense, but the cottage remains easily accessible (car equipment for snow, mandatory in winter: tire socks/chains/or snow tires🛞)

Departure from the house to the hiking trails, and 6 minutes from Lioran station. Area of 110 m2 with kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, 4 bedrooms (one of which opens onto the mezzanine) with double beds. Terrace, garage, 3500 m2 lot.
