Louise’s place was everything I could ask for. It had all the things I needed in the room. It was a very comfortable stay even though I had a shared bathroom. The location was also near town and I could easily take the bus to the city. She’s also very accommodating and responsive. She gave me extra blankets and a yoga mat to borrow when I requested for one. More than just the friendly welcome, the house was also very beautiful. I adored the decoration and the books so much. It was an affordable stay and could not have asked for a better stay and host!

I had a great stay at Lucy’s place in Edinburgh! The apartment was very nice, clean, and comfortable—exactly as described. Lucy provided clear instructions, which made check-in and getting settled super easy. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

It's the best stay I could have chosen. I traveled alone and had an incident before I got to the accommodation and Patrick treated me like I was his family. The place is very clean and pleasant and Patrick is the best host. If I could, I'd give it a thousand stars.

The place was in a 200 year old Georgian townhouse. It was the best place we stayed on our trip & one of the best Air B&B we have ever stayed. Emily was an amazing host. We loved coming back to a quiet place after the craziness of Old Town. Emily’s recommendations were spot on.

Our family stay at andrew and Tricias house was ideal. A couple of minutes walk to the bus which brings you directly to the city centre/airport. Shops nearby and very quiet area. The house was very comfortable with everything you would need. Andrew was extremely helpful if we had any question before or during the trip. Would highly recommend.

Very clean & comfortable apartment. Very accessible to Edinburgh city centre, buses close by & only 15mins from the airport by taxi/uber. Overall we had a great stay in a very clean & comforatble appartment with all the amenitites we could possibly need! Roy was a great host, very helpful & he checked in with us to ensure all was ok

Sam is the perfect AirBnB host! From the moment we entered Sam’s place, he welcomed us in and chatted away, showing us everything in his apartment which was available to us. He graciously offered the kitchen amenities ensuring we knew we were free to use them, including breakfast items and tea and coffee. Sam was very thorough in showing us how the shower worked and ensured we knew that we could reach out for anything should we need any help to make our stay and smooth and comfortable as possible. Sam went absolutely above and beyond for us when we were staying - me and my friend were getting ready for a night out in town and asked if there was any chance he had a mirror which could be put into the room. Sam swiftly and promptly got one straight into the room for us - and it was so appreciated🥹. Sam’s place is decorated in the style of Harry Potter, but not with tacky trinkets or posters anywhere - it is beautifully decorated as if we were in a Hogwarts bedroom with stunning warm tone

Very nice place, just as shown in the pictures. Very quiet with comfortable beds. One of my favorite AirBnbs that I have stayed in. I hope it's available the next time I come to Edinburgh!

Douglas, Mateusz and Max were incredible. The room was very clean and equipped with everything you could need, and the townhome is very close to buses which are very easy to get around the city with. Douglas was very helpful in giving great suggestions for us and was really pleasant to talk to! Max was extremely friendly and never failed to greet us with a tail wag when we got home. Overall, we recommend this place very very much, thanks for everything Douglas, Mateusz and Max!

Our time in Edinburgh could not have been any better and that had a lot to do with Roberta's AirBnB. It was steps away from the tram line and easy walking distance to most of the sites we planned on visiting. Roberta's house is well situated, clean, well stocked and effortless to enjoy. She is a thoughtful host, carefully curating a guest experience; by anticipating what might be needed to make her home, your home. There are an amazing variety of good restaurants within short radius of the home, which we appreciated. When we come back to Edinburgh, we hope to be able to stay here again.

We chose this place because we wanted to be central - spend time together as a family whilst visiting other family members for a sad funeral. Getting any kind of hotel in Edinburgh would have cost a fortune, and would not have given us anything like the space, comfort etc we wanted and needed. Thanks for being there for us

Walking distance to both city centre and country hikes, great location to stay in Edinburgh. Definitely recommend but the place is slight outdated and needs a little bit of updating.

Emma's place was fantastic. As beautiful as it looks in the photos and so comfortable and welcoming we could have just moved in and felt completely at home. It's a quiet, private spot in an upscale neighborhood but also just steps away from wonderful restaurants and shops and a short walk to the heart of Edinburgh. Emma offered a great list of recommendations that enhanced our stay. She communicated well and check-in was easy and accommodating. Would love to return on my next visit to the city.

Katrina and David were super friendly and helpful hosts. Everything was as described. Comfy beds and whole house clean. Felt like home. Would not hesitate to recommend and would return if ever in this area again.

What a great place to come back to each day for our group of 6. Lots of space and having an extra bathroom was nice. Well appointed and comfortable. Would definitely stay here agai.

Lovely peaceful room, ideal location for what I was doing in Edinburgh, and the kitchen was extremely well provided for.

We were a family of seven and loved being there for 5 nights ! Hana and Victor are great hosts and were very quick to respond to any query we had …we loved the outdoor space and enjoyed the wine and chocolates they graciously left for us ! Will definitely stay with then again !

Loved Gene” sweet little cottage. It is so well-equipped, warm and inviting…and surprisingly spacious ! Loved all the personal touches Although it is bang opposite the fabulous Spylaw Pub..it is so quiet and tranquil! It is the perfect place for a quiet visit to Edinburgh, well-connected and near beautiful walks! Highly recommended. I will be back if they have me!!!

Stayed with Andrius for three days attending an army reunion in Edinburgh. We didn't really see him until the third evening as either he was working or we were out. We sat chatting to him on the last evening, he is a super-friendly and helpful guy. We would recommend a stay at Andrius's house, It felt like home and if ever we are in the area again we will try him first.....

Lovely stay in a nice neighborhood of Edinburgh. Rachel is a lovely host that was always ready to help us. She even bought us a baby cot as we requested one and allowed us to check in early which was great with 2 young children who were traveling since 5am. So nice. As mentioned the space did not have a kitchen or a table to eat at. We were lucky with good weather so could use their garden which was lush. Do take this into account when you book, it’s a place to sleep and have a coffee but meals to be enjoyed at one of the many lovely places nearby.

For golfers the location and facilities are ideal. All rooms en suite and very spacious. We will look to stay there on our next trip to the area.
