Our family house, which is over 100 years old, was pragmatically renovated and furnished to our taste in 2017 in the former stable area. Unsere gemütliche Ferienwohnung liegt in direkter Nähe zum Weltnaturerbe Wattenmeer. Zu Fuß ist dieses in nur 15 Minuten zu erreichen. 8,5 km entfernt befindet sich die Innenstadt Bremerhavens, welche auch mit einer direkten Busverbindung zu erreichen ist. Dort finden regelmäßig Veranstaltungen, wie z. B. die Sail oder das Streetfoodfestival, statt. Genießen Sie die Weite der Küste bei langen Spaziergängen oder fahren Sie in den Fischereihafen und genießen Sie regionale Speisen.

The 170 sqm house with sauna, built in 2024, impresses with its unique location. Here you can relax and still be at Norseestrand in 5 minutes. Swimming on your own 4200 sqm lake, barbecue, campfire. Fishing and horseback riding by appointment. Park-like property with fruit trees and berry bushes invite you to snack. There is a farm shop with local products 400 meters away. Conveniently located between Cuxhaven and Bremerhaven. Golf course 11 km away

Marica´s seafood wellness

The vacation home is ideal for a break by the sea for two or with your family. It can be found in the resort town of Midlum in the Wurster North Sea coast and is located exactly between Cuxhaven and Bremerhaven about 6 km away from the coast. A restaurant with German kitchen and a mom-and-pop shop with daily fresh rolls are in the immediate vicinity. Other larger shopping facilities are located in the direct neighboring towns about 4-6 km away.

Welcome to my modern country house, lovingly renovated in 2022. Wooden floors, a cozy fireplace, and a natural stone countertop create a warm atmosphere. Large windows flood the house with light throughout the day. Children can enjoy the playroom with a swing and toys. Relax in the bathtub after a day of adventure or explore the surroundings with our bicycles – the perfect place to unwind and relax!

The friendly apartment was extensively modernized in 2017 and is about 20 square meters. It has a high-quality 1.40 m bed, a new pantry kitchen with coffee maker, toaster and a private bathroom with daylight and shower. There is also a comfortable sitting area with a table and a TV. There is a private entrance and access to the large garden with seating. Bicycles brought along can be locked up.
