Surrounded by pastures with grazing cows, our 2018 renovated holiday home is located in the middle of the countryside, which used to be a small farm. The North Sea dike of the southern Jade bus is a 2km away. The idyllically located house is also ideal for a multi-generational vacation, for 2 friendly families or even for a holiday with friends. The large garden with adjoining sunbathing lawn and play equipment is fenced in and therefore suitable for small children and four-legged friends.

Take a look into the timeless retro charm of our cottage on the dike in Balje. The rural life, the expanses of the outdoor area as well as the large garden, where fruit trees are also to be found, invite you to slow down. From the upper floor, you can look at the Elbe with its shipping traffic to and from Hamburg. Nestled between Cuxhaven and Stade, many small places also offer for bike and motorcycle riders, beautiful routes and opportunities for shopping and lingering.

A golf course is located nearby. If you want to buy fresh fish, you can buy fish in the fishing port directly from the cutter. Nearby there is an outdoor swimming pool, mini golf course ,possibility to surf and a lighthouse to visit. Restaurants close by invite you to eat.

The vacation home is ideal for a break by the sea for two or with your family. It can be found in the resort town of Midlum in the Wurster North Sea coast and is located exactly between Cuxhaven and Bremerhaven about 6 km away from the coast. A restaurant with German kitchen and a mom-and-pop shop with daily fresh rolls are in the immediate vicinity. Other larger shopping facilities are located in the direct neighboring towns about 4-6 km away.

Quiet house right in Wulsdorf

Our cozy cottage is located in the south of Bremerhaven (120 sqm plus winter garden) - now also with wifi. Net and bakeries can be reached on foot. It's 2 minutes to the next bus stop, a 5-minute walk to Wulsdorfer Bahnhof. In Bremerhaven city center or the dike you are within 10 minutes by car. The state capital Bremen can be reached by train in 45 minutes, and even faster by car. The North Sea beaches can be reached in max. 30 minutes.

Dear guest, A witch's house awaits you that impresses with its Scandinavian style. It is cozily warm thanks to the underfloor heating and tastefully furnished. Outside there are two cozily arranged terraces, overlooking a beautiful garden (imposing oak trees, boxwood hedge, and large lawn). The parking space and a carport are right by the house. Bicycles can be rented. There are beautiful bike tours, for example to the nearby lake.

Our natural, over 100-year-old thatched roof house is located between Bremerhaven and Cuxhaven at sea level in the UNESCO World Heritage Site North Sea Wadden Sea near typical crab cutter harbors. A very quiet place to rest and relax. The independent apartment was creatively and unconventionally renovated in 2017 in the former stable area. - fireplace - Garden-free - Bathtub without curtain - Spinning possible (thatch roof)

Fresh breeze vacation home right on the North Sea dike

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. The approx. 70 square meter vacation home is located directly behind the dike. About 750 meters away is a cutter harbor, a children's playground and the Wadden Sea with a free green beach. The detached single-story house is located on an approximately 400 sqm, fully fenced property. Dogs that agree to stay exclusively in the conservatory and in the garden are welcome here.

Lake house

Built in 2024, this house is very quietly located on a 4200 sqm lake. The 10000 sqm property is stocked with fruit trees and berry shrubs and invites you to snack and romp for the children. You can bathe , barbecue ,campfire , relax on the terrace or just unwind. Fishing and horseback riding on dates. Golf course 11 km away. Both houses (along with "Exclusive Lake House) can also be booked. Then space for 12 people
