Unsere gemütliche Ferienwohnung liegt in direkter Nähe zum Weltnaturerbe Wattenmeer. Zu Fuß ist dieses in nur 15 Minuten zu erreichen. 8,5 km entfernt befindet sich die Innenstadt Bremerhavens, welche auch mit einer direkten Busverbindung zu erreichen ist. Dort finden regelmäßig Veranstaltungen, wie z. B. die Sail oder das Streetfoodfestival, statt. Genießen Sie die Weite der Küste bei langen Spaziergängen oder fahren Sie in den Fischereihafen und genießen Sie regionale Speisen.

You will live in a typical, lovingly restored country house, built in 1862. The apartment is located in the annex of the main house, with private access through the courtyard. The apartment is small, very cozy, bright and individual, with a terrace facing south-east. Nature lovers will be happy, because from there you have a wonderful view of the cottage garden. On a quiet village road at the exit of Berne (approx. 7,000 inhabitants), our vacation home is surrounded by meadows, a small forest and connection to the river "Ollen." The house is absolutely quiet and offers the perfect place to relax. Our small forest and meadow offer many opportunities for children and adults to play. It is only 3 kilometers to Weserstrand. Distance to Bremen: about 30 km Distance to Oldenburg: about 20 km

The 60 sqm apartment is located on the second floor of a semi-detached house and is located in a quiet cul-de-sac about 900 m from the sea. The garden with terrace invites you to play and barbecue in the evening. The cozily furnished apartment has its own realm for the little pirates, which can be reached via the *pirate ladder*. Up there are a lot of games and toys in case the weather doesn't invite you to romp outside.

Die Unterkunft ist im 1.OG und hat 74m². Durch die Zentrale Lage zwischen Bremerhaven (25 km), Cuxhaven (16 km) und der Nähe zur Küste, z.B. Dorum Neufeld (9 km) ist die FeWo der ideale Ausganspunkt für alle Tagesausflügler.

The 2-room apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a 2-family house very close to Speckenbütteler Park in a very quiet, good residential area in the north of Bremerhaven. Bus stops, various shops, post office, gas station and savings bank are within walking distance. 2 bicycles can also be provided as needed.

Vacation rental "Landlust" Since 2021, we have been renting our beautiful, bright, approx. 80 square meter attic apartment. We share the front door. The apartment doors are to be locked separately. Your four-legged friends are of course also welcome! :)
