Since 1844, the Brömmer family has been running it with passion, love of animals and hospitality. Three great vacation homes with six apartments, sauna, swimming pond and play barn for children invite you to relax. Whether as a couple, family or with friends – here you will find peace, nature and a real North Sea feeling.

Vacation home right on the North Sea

Our renovated detached vacation home is located on a private road, excluding through traffic and in the immediate vicinity of the beach. Up to 4 people can be accommodated here on about 75 m² of living space with a living-dining area and 2 bedrooms. From the living area you have direct access to the terrace and the garden with about 300 m² of property. Through the completely fenced property you can let your children play and the dog run freely. Behind the house flows directly the canal "Wasserlöse"

Vacation rental Alte Siedlung 74 m²

The vacation rental is located in Midlum, a district of the municipality of Wurster Nordseeküste. About 800 m from the town center, the old settlement with 14 houses was built in the 1950s. The place is on the 2nd floor and is 74 m². Bikes can be parked in a lockable room. Due to the central location between Bremerhaven (25 km), Cuxhaven (16 km) and the proximity to the coast, e.g. Dorum Neufeld (9 km), the apartment is the ideal starting point for all day trippers.

Double Room

Beautiful double or single room with shower/toilet, Wi-Fi and TV in an apartment building in the North Sea resort of Wremen. With a large guest garden, free parking and a bicycle garage that is locked overnight. Central but quiet location in the historic center. Supermarket, ice cream parlors, restaurants and a bakery with breakfast are a few minutes' walk away. The green beach on the North Sea with an idyllic cutter harbor and the Weser bike path are about 1 km away.

You will live in a typical, lovingly restored country house, built in 1862. The apartment is located in the annex of the main house, with private access through the courtyard. The apartment is small, very cozy, bright and individual, with a terrace facing south-east. Nature lovers will be happy, because from there you have a wonderful view of the cottage garden. The 170 sqm house with sauna, built in 2024, impresses with its unique location. Here you can relax and still be at Norseestrand in 5 minutes. Swimming on your own 4200 sqm lake, barbecue, campfire. Ideal for families (including dogs) and friends who value quality, tranquility, and a special atmosphere. Fireworks and firecrackers are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property.

The vacation home is ideal for a break by the sea for two or with your family. It can be found in the resort town of Midlum in the Wurster North Sea coast and is located exactly between Cuxhaven and Bremerhaven about 6 km away from the coast. A restaurant with German kitchen and a mom-and-pop shop with daily fresh rolls are in the immediate vicinity. Other larger shopping facilities are located in the direct neighboring towns about 4-6 km away.

A very quiet place for rest and relaxation. Little Pirate

The 60 sqm apartment is located on the second floor of a semi-detached house and is located in a quiet cul-de-sac about 900 m from the sea. The garden with terrace invites you to play and barbecue in the evening. The cozily furnished apartment has its own realm for the little pirates, which can be reached via the *pirate ladder*. Up there are a lot of games and toys in case the weather doesn't invite you to romp outside.
