Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Midtown Atlanta

When you think of coming to Atlanta you think about noise, traffic, and people everywhere. This house was located perfectly for my family and I. It was very peaceful and we even had the pleasure of seeing two bucks walking through the yard on our departure morning. Now the house itself was beautiful. The living room very spacious, kitchen was stocked and was very beautiful, rooms were all nice sizes and accommodating, and both bathroom were beautiful as well. We enjoyed our stay and we’ll most definitely recommend this house to anyone we know going to Atlanta!!!

We enjoyed our stay at Krystal’s place. Home was well stocked with cooking utensils, clean, and had everything else you would need for a comfortable stay. One of us forgot a toothbrush and Krystal provided that as part of the rental. The area was quiet, felt safe, and close to Atlanta downtown area.

We had a great time. The neighborhood was peaceful, walkable, and beautiful. The house was cozy and had a really good vibe! We didn't have enough time to see/do everything, with that being said it's definitely worth coming back to!

Loved our stay! A+ location with walkability to parks, restaurants, and more which was great with a 4-year old. Set in a quaint neighborhood, everyone was really friendly as well. Home was well-stocked and looked exactly as pictured. You may prefer a car in Atlanta, but it is easy to move around with ride shares.

Sehr gepflegt und sauber mit einem super bequemen Bett und einem Sofa das einen nicht aufstehen lassen will! 🙂 Sehr freundliche Gastgeber und mit dem Auto ist man in 20 Minuten an allen Touristenattraktion und dem Flughafen. Absolut zufrieden und empfehlenswert!

We loved Tina’s air bnb! It’s just minutes from the Beltline with so much to do! And the neighborhood is very walkable. The house was also very clean and having a washer and dryer was very handy!

Lovely house to stay for a quick trip to Atlanta. Everything was clean and so close to Ponce City Market.

Had a great stay for a few days while I was in town for work. Lots of options for food nearby. Rae was always responsive and was able to accept a last minute change due to my clients change in schedule. Great place.

Lana was an amazing host! Very responsive, and even checked in with us during our stay just to make sure we had all of our requests met. The home is beautiful, the kitchen is very functional and the location could not be any better. The reserved parking was a huge plus! Very grateful to have spent time at this space and will look to rebook for recurring travel to ATL whenever possible! 5 Stars!

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy Midtown gem! The space was quiet, comfortable, and full of charm—especially the beautiful stained glass details that added a unique touch. It was the perfect spot to relax after exploring Atlanta. Great location and a peaceful atmosphere—highly recommend!

I had a great stay at Teresa’s Airbnb in downtown ATL! The location was perfect—super convenient and close to everything I needed, from restaurants and shopping to nightlife and public transit. The space was clean, cozy, and felt just like home. Teresa was a fantastic host—very responsive, friendly, and made check-in a breeze. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Atlanta!

Overall, I had a great experience at Sara's condo! Sara was very detailed about all aspects of the stay, and the view from the terrace was great. The condo was clean and everything was accessible. Everything you need is within walking distance or a short Uber ride (if not wanting to drive). While this is not a deficiency with Sara/ her property, I did experience some challenges with Metropolis parking while there. So, I'd suggest parking in AAA parking lot or exploring other parking options.

This is my second stay in this Airbnb and both were 10/10. Great stay, comfortable, clean and secure! Great hosts! Will be booking again!
